Sadly I lost my cat Stitch about 3 weeks ago And I went to Sunset Pet services, Pedro was very helpful, always kind, He explained everything to us in detail, there were no waiting or complications. Thank you for making this painful process for us in an efficient way to say goodbye to our pet ????????‍⬛

I lost my baby boy Blizzard in July and chose to use this service. Pedro was so amazingly kind and gentle and made our grieving process so much easier. I never experienced this before so I was very nervous and unsure. Pedro was always willing to answer my questions and reassured us that our baby would be well taken care of. We lost our baby Joye on a Thursday morning, and I contacted them immediately. They were so responsive and compassionate. Pedro explained the process thoroughly and assured is that our baby would be taken care of. I am so grateful that they made this time so easy for my family.

I am afraid that I cannot leave a very good review. After losing my 18 year old cat, I found the gentleman who was there when we came in to be lethargic, bored, and not at all compassionate as I stood there with my deceased pet in my arms, crying my eyes out. He never offered condolences, or took a moment to make me feel that my pet would be taken into their care and treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The only time he spoke more than few words about the paperwork necessary was to tell me how much the urns for cremains would cost and to tape a cardboard tag to the blanket my pet was wrapped in. Very tacky. I will go outside of the area to another pet cremation business if and when I find myself in this very heartbreaking situation. Having worked in the funeral/death industry, I know how grieving people should be spoken to and this company was not, in my opinion, very considerate or compassionate.

Walk in service and pick up went smooth. Professional, respectful and courteous staff. . I would recommend Sunset to anybody in need.

I arrived at Sunset Pet Services, after calling ahead, later than the usual business hours on a Friday evening and was met by a lovely, sympathetic person. The encounter with her lifted my spirits at a moment when I needed it.

We lost our little guy on a Sunday morning. Sunset Pet Services was the only place that was open. It was an emotional time, but Sunset Pet Services was amazing through the whole process. It was time for my baby girl Honor to have her forever joy after suffering with lymphoma and cushings. Sunset Pet Services couldn't be more kind and comforting in our mourning. They were so reasonable, accommodating and even prayed with me. I was given a beautiful rosewood urn for the precious ashes. I will never forget your kindness Sunset.

Very compassionate company. As soon as we got there Martin helped us figure out how we would handle our beloved dog’s passing. He was very calm and patient and left us feeling very reassured when we left our puppy with him. I would recommend this place to anyone who has to deal with these type of traumatic events.

I am still mourning my sweet Tinker that passed in January, but it was the unique details that Sunset put into honoring her that has helped me through in some small way. I cherish the absolutely beautiful wooden urn and the personalized papers that were done. It is not often we discover true sincerity in business anymore...yet every now and then we catch a glimmer.

I had lost my dog of 18 years last year and the support and professionalism of Sunset Pet Services was more than I could have hoped for. They went out of their way to help me get through the process. I can’t recommend Sunset Pet Services enough. Losing a pet is a terribly painful experience and Martin was so kind and compassionate, he really went above and beyond in taking care of my sweet, departed bunny. I was in a shock and hurting from this sudden loss, but Martin provided some peace and comfort in this upsetting time.

My mother lost her pug of 16 years and Martin of Sunset helped make a very sad time as easy as possible. He also offered a small pin with paw prints on it for my mother to remember her longtime companion which she immediately put on, nice touch.

I reached out the week before our dog's impending passing. Martin was extremely kind and answered all of my questions. When I arrived the next week with my baby girl, he handled her with dignity and respect. He kindly offered me several hugs to help comfort me while making her final arrangements. We haven't yet picked up her remains but I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone who wants to make sure their furry family members are well cared for!

We recently had two of our dogs pass away on the same day. Sunset pet services made an incredible gesture and only charged us for one cremation. Sunset understands that your pet is family. Their quick services allowed our family to grieve appropriately and remember God's grace.
