Worst grooming saloon ever. I tried to bring my dog 3 times and all of them were bad experiences. Also, each person has a different information. Each manager has a different information. My dog started having anxiety while taking a shower because of the experience there. Frustrating!

The store associates are helpful and friendly. The grooming salon ladies were not welcoming or friendly. Interaction with them made me change my mind about having my puppy serviced at this location. Quite disappointing especially since the location is extremely convenient and located next to other popular retailers, like TJ Max and Target.

Wow!! Alex and Andrea were amazing. As a new puppy mom I was so anxious. Would my pup be scared, would he cooperate, would the groomers be nice to him and all these worries went away immediately when I met both gentlemen. Andrea answered all my questions and walked me through the process and what type of tools and cut my pup would get. Andrea gave my pup a wash and I could hear him talking to him like it was his puppy. It put me at ease right away. Alex gave Cashew his trim and it came out great!! I knew Cashew was comfortable when he was giving kisses to Alex and snuggling into him. It melted my heart.

Horrible experience trying to adopt a Cat, Catherine that works there made it impossible for us to adopt a kitten, location is nasty, not organized at all. 0/10

We went to PetSmart to adopt a kitten. After doing so, an associate there put the carrier together in about 5 minutes. He was very patient and kind, which was greatly appreciated. After that we looked around for food for our kitten. That was easy because everything was so organized! When we looked at the long line to make our purchase, we thought, oh no this is going to be a long wait, NOT! It only took a few minutes and the cashier was very nice, that’s a plus! I’d recommend anyone who wants good service, to go to this PetSmart!

Sent my dog here for the pets hotel and he came back with a huge wound in his neck. Nobody can tell me what happened to him. If you care about your pet don’t leave him with these people. No matter what,my dog should not be this badly injured. I’m so upset.

Our 7 month old shepherd mix goes to doggy daycare here and loves it. They have parties and a mixed daily schedule all for a reasonable price. Only gave 4 stars because it takes about 20 minutes on hold to make a reservation, drop off takes between 5-20 and pick up takes another 20.

The wait times here for any services are INSANE! Everytime I’ve gone here I’ve waited at least 30 minutes for an attendant to come to the fish department. Even walking up to employees and asking for help, they say “someone will be with you in just a moment….” 30 minutes later and finally someone shows up. It’s not just fish: everytime I’ve been there I see people waiting and waiting for pick up order services, reptile services, you name it. Friendly staff for the most part (when they show up), but just nobody to actually help when needed.

The store is good but my review is for grooming. I stopped my pup off at 8:30 and they did not call me until 1:30 to pick him up. I have no idea what took so long but that's unacceptable. I'm pretty sure they sat him in a crate for a majority of the time because there's no way a wash and cut took 5 hours. If I have an appointment, I would like to be serviced at that time regardless of what other dogs come in there. My dog needs service and then to go. The haircut was good but I will not deal with that timeframe.

VICTORIA B. The worst groomer ever I went to. Waited 4 hours for my dog to come back butchered, his hair is uneven and patchy. It is the WORST experience ever. When calling to check on my dog I was given the run around. Then when coming to pick him up I was told she needed another 20 minutes I mean she spent more time on the phone at the front then grooming my dog. I would never book with her or at that location unless it is with Alex. This is terrible I drove from Maryland to Virginia wasted 4 hours of my day for my daughter to be crying that her dog looked unrecognizable. Let’s pray his hair grows back if even. A hot mess. The worst ever I wish I could have give this 0 stars. The front cashiers in the store are nice but those in grooming besides Alex need training and customer lessons. Unfortunately the manager has to deal with these problems.

The staff here was phenomenal and took great care of our 4 legged family member Bailey at the day camp. I called back a couple days later with a question and everyone was great to talk to and immediately took care of the situation that I called about beyond my expectations!!! Thanks to Eric the manager and sorry I don't have any other names to post.

DO NOT get your puppy groomed here if you want good quality. The fur on my puppy's face was uneven where he had a moustache on the right side of his face and nothing on the left. Some parts of his butt had a lot of fur while the other was empty. His tail was matted and not even touched during the session. They also made him look like the angry character from Inside & Out. We specifically showed a photo of what we wanted our puppy cut to look like, but that clearly wasn't taken into account. I think they rushed through his cut because it took less than an hour when it normally takes 3-4 hours. Wish I can get a refund. Never going back and do not recommend.

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the grooming that my pup received. The groomer Ayesha was extremely nice but should not be grooming dogs until she is better trained. Gaps in my pup's fur wasn't even the half of it. Head wasn't flush with the rest of her shaved body and her tail was wiry and not even brushed. For $70 bucks this should have been much better. Oh and if you had a tan laberdoodle/poodle mix (?) That was getting groomed around 1:30 this afternoon (6/15/21) the gentleman with the shaved head was being EXTREMELY ROUGH AND RUDE with your dog. I was absolutely appalled and will NOT be bringing my pup here ever again.

Let this be a warning to all that wish to get their dogs groomed at this particular location. My girlfriend's dog, who goes by Peppi, was groomed at this location yesterday on June 7th. After picking him up I was about to leave but noticed something was wrong with him immediately. I had my girlfriend on facetime and showed her what I saw. She knew right away they had injured him and told me to go back inside to ask what happened. I asked the front desk workers in the saloon what happened, in fact I asked two of them to be more precise. They both said they had no idea what had happened. They also didn't seem disturbed or shocked by his injury when I showed them. This led me to believe that animal mistreatment is prevalent at this location, and upon further investigation, this kind of behavior is not unheard of - just read the other recent reviews. It was also self-evident that the salon was used to this kind of ill treatment as none of the workers were phased in the slightest by his injury. As you can see in the photos attached, it's shocking that this could happen by a groomer. After some time had passed one of the front desk workers at the salon asked if I wanted to see the groomer that worked on Peppi. When the groomer finally arrived, who goes by the name of Editha, she was not shocked at all by the injury. Editha claimed to have no idea how it happened. She was not comforting about these concerns either, which raised some suspicions because it's alarming when a groomer shows a lack of remorse to an injured animal. Editha eventually asked if I wanted to speak to the store manager, who goes by Erek. I must have waited for over ten minutes for Erek to arrive. If an animal is injured while being groomed, one would think it would be a good time to move with a purpose, and get back to me in a timely manner. Because it was clear that Peppi was in pain. While I was waiting for Editha and Erek, it was clear to me that Editha was explaining to Erek what the situation was and more than likely told him the truth about what happened. Later, due to how the situation was handled, I realized that they were discussing how to deal with this mistreatment and avoid responsibility. Instead of asking what could be done to ensure Peppi was ok. When Erek finally showed up he was just as unhelpful as Editha. He had no explanation of how this happened to Peppi. I then told them Peppi needed to see a vet as soon as possible. We then proceeded to the inhouse veterinarian clinic called the Banfield Pet Hospital. I then decided to get more information about the situation from Editha. She again claimed nothing had happened and that if something did happen she would have known. She said she would have known because Peppi would have cried out and he never did during grooming. Just a side note, Peppi will yelp and scream at the smallest thing. If you pick him up wrong he will scream, he has a very low pain tolerance and is very sensitive. So in regards to this giant gash on his tail - I know for a fact that he screamed. So once again Editha is lying. Finally, I'd like to end with this. When Peppi was dropped off, Editha was told three times not to touch Peppis tail. We did not want the length of his tail altered. When we got Peppi back - not only was a good amount of length taken off, which we had said not to do, but his tail was also injured. How this happened is still a mystery and no one has had the decency to tell the truth. We didn't even get an apology from the groomer or anyone in the salon. It was clear that Editha knew what happened when I was asking her questions, her face was filled with guilt but not an ounce of accountability. I would stay far away from this place if you are looking for grooming. They will do the opposite of your grooming requests, and there is a high chance based on my experience as well as others, that your pet will be abused in the process.

My dog has gotten kennel cough twice, a bacterial viral infection and has been attacked by another dog during group play; all incidents resulting in her having to be hospitalized and medicated. I don’t feel like this location is taking the proper measures to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals. And I don’t believe cleanliness is a priority because why are viral and bacterial infections spreading so easily
