I always use these folks when I go on vacation. I have a moody old blind cat with several health issues. She's usually very comfortable around the Passionately Pets folks, but even when she's in a cantankerous mood the pet sitter is able to get her medicated. They also do the usual food, water, litter, clean accidents, etc.

Passionately Pets provided excellent service and care for our pets - again!! They looked after our aging dog when she needed midday walks a couple years ago - she was getting very old and needed extra care and help on the stairs. Passionately Pets provided the extra help she needed everyday. She passed about 8 months ago, but When we needed some holiday help to watch our two newly adopted and one old cat we knew we could count on Passionately Pets. They even made a special trip just before Christmas to search around the house to locate the older one when she decided to hide for a couple days! Their care and attention, daily updates and photos made our trip so much more relaxing knowing the pets were well cared for! We highly recommend Passionately Pets. Had Lauren from Passionately Pets care for our 100 pound Red Labrador while we were out of town for Thanksgiving. We are thrilled with the service that was provided. Our dog was spoiled and had none of the separation issues that we have had to deal with in the past when he stayed at a kennel. I am a huge fan of Passionately Pets as they have never let me down. This is my second Labrador that they have helped care for and they are fantastic! Thanks Jenna!!

My furry friend is enjoying the regular walks since I am back to in-person work. I miss him, but I’m glad that he gets a little extra exercise and tlc during the week.

Marie was great! I felt my fur baby was in great hands! She left updates every day and was able to see photos of her visits. I was so impressed by Carla, the manager during our introduction. She asked things I never thought of in case of an emergency. I will definitely be using them again

Jenna and the entire team at Passionately Pets are fantastic! We adopted two dogs earlier this year and have used Passionately Pets for both regular midday dog walking and overnight services. They are exceptional pet caregivers and our dogs love seeing them! The online pet portal is easy to use and I love the daily updates and pictures of the dogs. So thrilled that we found them. I highly recommend.

I got my fur baby this summer and was a mess going back to work as a teacher! I stumbled upon Passionately Pets at a local farmers market and did some research. Their process is VERY thorough which made me feel so great having a walker come to the house! I got to meet a manager a few weeks prior for a one on one meet and greet and then got to set up a meet and greet with the walker assigned to my pup. After every session they send a detailed digital journal about their time with my baby along with pictures!! I cannot recommend this company more! I honestly feel blessed to have found them! Shoutout to Jenna, Claudia and Amber for being total rockstars!

I have used passionately pets twice while I was out of town. Two different sitters watched my pets and both were excellent. For my first trip out of town, I took my dog with me and PPets visited my cats twice a day. My one cat was sick and on medicine and the sitter made sure he got all of his meds. The other cat was hiding at first - it had been awhile since I had gone away and I think he was upset. The sitter brought his food to him under the bed and made sure he ate it. She provided detailed journal updates including photos. It was so reassuring to see that my cats were so well cared for while I was away. PPets also provided overnight visits for my dog and cats while I was out of town in June. The in-home sitter was also excellent. She included pictures of the cats playing with cat toys and lots of pictures of the dog on walks, and eating in the journal. She also gave my dog a massage. Normally when I get home after being out of town, my dog is overjoyed to see me. This time she wagged her tail a little and went back to her nap. I attribute this to the excellent care she received while I was away. PPets is more expensive than some of the other pet sitting services, but they are worth every penny. I will use them again.

I can't say enough about the quality of care, attention, and responsiveness of Passionately Pets. When we moved and needed to find a new pet service for our two cats, I could tell immediately that Passionately Pets was the right choice. It gives me such piece of mind knowing that our cats are receiving all that they need plus some TLC, too.

Owner Jenna was very responsive and matched us with a walker who was a good fit for our skittish rescue. Very reliable and professional.

We have had a wonderful experience with Passionately Pets! We’ve had three fantastic dog sitters stay overnight with our two dogs while we’ve been out of town for both a weekend and a week. They are very reliable, professional, trustworthy and truly care about our two dogs. It’s very hard (emotionally) to leave them at home while we travel, but Passionately Pets has eased all of our nerves. They are very communicative and responsive to any questions or comments. After each visit to our home, we received numerous photos of the dogs and a write up of the visit. This made us smile every time and we knew our dogs were well taken care of. We will continue to use their services in the future.

Truly caring and animal-loving staff combined with high-tech scheduling and communication, the best of all worlds. Having this team on call makes me less anxious about spending time away from home. Best of all, my kitty looks forward to their visits!

We left our six-year-old cat with pet sitter Giselle for a week while we took a vacation in June. He’s a skittish little fellow (that’s probably an understatement) though extremely affectionate once he builds trust — so we never really know what to expect whenever we have to leave him. To our great relief, our furbaby and Giselle seemed to bond almost instantly. Thanks to the Passionately Pets app, we were able to monitor the outcome of every visit, and Giselle shared several photos with each report so we could see how he was interacting with his new friend. We eagerly awaited her updates each morning and evening, so we knew our little guy was being well cared for. A quick story, just to illustrate and underscore how terrific this pet sitting service is: Ever the trickster, he managed to cause a significant flood with his automated water fountain one night — overnight. It was bad. Water everywhere in our second floor bathroom, some of it leaking down to the first floor. Giselle cleaned and dried everything, and we received a call from Passionately Pets’ owner who explained what had happened and how they’d taken care of the problem so we’d have peace of mind. We cannot overstate how pleased we were with the level of service Giselle and the Passionately Pets team provided, and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

I hired Passionately Pets to take good care of my kids (I love to call my kitties my kids) while I was away for my birthday. Honestly I have never been away from my kids for more than a day and was quite anxious about it. But I knew that the crew at Passionately Pets would take great care of them. That took so much stress and worry off my heart. I love seeing the pictures and reading the antics that my kids got into while we were gone. Stephanie did really well of making sure my kids were happy and well. She was our assigned sitter and my kids were quite happy with her. Highly recommend and will absolutely use their service again in the future! It’s so great to know that my kids will always be taken care of even when I’m not around! We love Passionately Pets. They are consistently attentive to our needs, reliable, and professional. After each visit, we receive email journal entries that describe the visit in detail along with pictures. This correspondence provides peace-of-mind while away. For example, when we see pics of Miss Kitty interacting with the pet sitter, we can tell she is having fun and thriving. Keesha, who took care of Miss Kitty during our last vacation, clearly had a special relationship with her. Although my wife and I are happy to be home, we miss Keesha's extraordinary journal entries. Miss Kitty's previous pet sitters were also terrific. We look forward to our next vacation and will certainly be reaching out to Passionately Pets!

I have absolutely loved my time with Passionately Pets. The sitter wrote detailed notes about each visit with my cats and it was so great having pictures. Passionately Pets welcomed me with open arms during the pandemic. I had lost my job as a nanny since the schools were closed and the parents weren't going to work. A neighbor recommended Passionately Pets to me since I had previous experience with being a pet sitter. I applied and they responded within 24 hours. After a series of interview questions, online training and a shadowing visit, I was hired. Passionately Pets made sure I had the skill set needed to efficiently care for pet owners' loved ones. I was able to meet new people, learn more about animals, and be a part of a community of individuals who care greatly about the well-being of animals and their owners. Owner Julia Gotch, Jenna Nadovich and Passionately Pets team are the reasons I am able to pay my bills, continue to go to university and put gas in the car. And for that I will forever be grateful!

The sitter from Passionately Pets has taken excellent care of our cat over several week-long trips now. We are newer pet owners, and had anxiety leaving our little guy. But Passionately Pets made it easy—the sitter met us and our cat at different points before we left. She sent us pictures every day while we were gone. The first time, it took a day or two for our cat to warm up to her, but he did. The second vacation, he clearly remembered her and was obviously loving the attention. We feel much better leaving knowing that he’s in such good hands.

I love Passionately Pets! My pet sitter arrives on time, and provides a full report of my cats. I love her reports-they are funny and full of great details. I can tell she really cares about my cats and their care. I feel like my cats are in good hands with passionately pets!

I've been using Passionately Pets for dog walking services for 2 months - my dog Molly had been staying with my neighbor during the days I had to go into the office, and my neighbor recently moved. Passionately Pets was wonderful - Molly has the same dog walker each time, and they take photos of her walk, along with providing a brief note of what happened during the walk. It's great to see that she is happy during the walks, and provides a great comfort knowing that someone reliable is looking out for her. I also like that they provide training for their staff in emergency situations. Great customer service and fast response times, and also willing to work with your schedule. A truly great comfort, especially if you are an anxious fur parent like me!

We can't say enough good things about Passionately Pets. Julia and the whole team there take AMAZING care of our elderly, very social cats whenever we go away, and nothing is ever too much trouble. HIGHLY recommended.

Giselle stayed with our 2 dogs and 2 cats for the weekend. She was great about communicating with photos and updates after each visit. We came home to a clean home with 4 very happy animals. Highly recommend!!
