We have worked with ADN for years and they are great. The electronic scheduling and billing/payment is super convenient and the service is reliable--most especially, we have loved our dog walkers! There is more continuity than through other services and the convenience cannot be overstated. ADN is the best!

Arlington Dog Nanny is amazing. We have used them for years, and can not recommend them enough. One of the most impressive things is the lack of turnover, which is always a good sign employees are being treated fairly. Also willingness to help out on short notice and very kind caring walkers. Oh and you may get some great pictures of your pups from Desiree!

Professional, compassionate, and thorough. The team at Arlington Dog Nanny came recommended by the vet we work with for behavior care, and the staff live up to that endorsement. In addition to outstanding service, they have offered practical, effective solutions for some of my high-anxiety, food-guarding fur baby's challenges, and have gone above and beyond when unexpected difficulties arise (cancelled flight, for example). I have been a client of Arlington Dog Nanny for almost 10 years and I cannot recommend ADN enough. Desiree and the walkers she personally selects are beyond outstanding and I trust her and her staff implicitly to take care of my dog because they treat him as if he is their own. I never have to worry about my dog when I go to the office or go out of town. Desiree is also an outstanding dog trainer who has tailored training to my dog.

5 stars and then some. I started with Arlington Dog Nanny when my dog was about 4 months old after a dreadful experience with another company. Arlington Dog Nanny was a breath of fresh air. My walkers and sitters are professional, timely, and love my dog. He looks forward to their visit every day. Communication and scheduling is so easy and there's always coverage if the primary walker is out, something my first company didn't provide. I've recommended Arlington Dog Nanny several times to people in my neighborhood. When I moved one of the big plusses of my new building was that I got to keep my walker. Highly recommend if you want a reliable service with people who genuinely love your pet.

I have used Arlington Dog Nanny for dog walking and pet sitting services for years. One of my dog's was aggressive. When you have an aggressive dog, you always worry that something could happen when you're not there. I never worried about that with ADN. The walkers are knowledgable about dogs and trustworthy. Additionally, they pick up and drop off your dog for petsitting which is such a huge help when you're trying to get out the door to make a flight or getting home late and tired. I've also done training classes with my pandemic puppy and Desiree know's her stuff!

Desiree is a fantastic, fear-free, and positive-reinforcement based trainer. She is very knowledgeable on the latest facts dog and is ready to educate owners what information is real and what is myths. We worked with Desiree both in one on one sessions and in small groups and she was always very pleasant and attentive. Specifically, Desiree helped us with our very noise sensitive and shy dog helping us not only work on identifying his stressors but how to calm him down and get a more positive reaction.

We loved working with Desiree! She visited us in person and spent time observing and working with our anxious puppy in his natural setting. Once we identified issues to work on, Desiree provided personalized training for us and would check in with us as we worked on the training program. She was always available for our questions, to schedule additional in person sessions, and provided helpful guidance along the way! We are SO happy with our puppy's progress and felt incredibly supported by Desiree. She is encouraging and highly skilled as a behaviorist. We highly recommend her!

Walkers are great. Owner pointed to a legal doc when I tried to cancel because of cold when they said instead of a walk my dog would get in apartment play and refused to simply cancel. ????
