I will miss Dr.Katz’ incredible depth of knowledge and experience. She is also an amazingly caring and empathetic practitioner. I always knew she was doing her very best for my fur family members. I wish every good thing for her in retirement.

Called today to make an appointment, but was told not taking new clients. You should post that on your web page so people don't waste there and your staff's time.

Belle Haven has taken care of my pup for the last almost 7 years and our experiences have always been positive. His vet will call me as late as 8 or 9 pm just to make sure we are taken care of. His vet does follow-up with us as well. I just wished all things ran as smoothly as the Belle Haven Clinic did.

Great first appointment experience. We just moved to the area and loved our visit. We have a Great Dane and sometimes have trouble finding providers that understand the larger breeds, but this office knows what they’re doing!

I have been bringing both my Dogs Mingus 6 month Standard Poodle and Koko 14 1/2 Maltese. The Veterinarians and staff are Wonderful and Very knowledgable, Kind and Loving. They are taking Excellent care of my babies ❤

I find the vets at this animal care center to be highly professional and caring for the dogs and cats they treat. They take the time to explain your pets health, options for their care and recommendations for their well being. My Buddy likes this place . He has had surgery, been poked and stuck with needles but none of it botherers him. I think he understands the doctors mean him well.

Professional, organized and a great experience. Mia's doctor sincerely cared about her health and truly understood her breed. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. New visit for my dog (Maya) who had an ear infection and needed help. Maya is an Aussie and she is very sensitive and protective. When curbside didn't work they let me bring her inside. I have taken my two dogs to Belle Haven Animal Medical Centre for their medical needs for the past several years. I feel that they get good care there. Any questions that I might have are answered, and concerns addressed. I like that I am able to fill prescriptions using an online pharmacy - no hassles. I have owned dogs for over 20 yrs and used the services of various veterinarians in this area and other states. Some veterinarians are almost incommunicado outside of a formal appointment, but that has NOT been my experience with Belle Haven. Indeed, they were notified by VCA South Paws when one of my dogs had a medical emergency on a Sunday that necessitated surgery, and our vet (Dr. Katz) called me to check in after my dog was sent home. It's a small thing, but shows they care and means a lot.

Dr. Katz is literally an angel on Earth and I can't believe I am lucky enough to bring my babies to her. She is thorough, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, kind, and empathetic. She is who you hope for when you need someone to help your pet. My only hesitation in writing this review is that I don't want her to get too busy for me to see! But she deserves all of the praise... Honestly, she helped me time and time (and time!) again with my little old bulldog, June, before she passed. She would get on the phone with me with for all of my questions and needs and really give me the time and explanation I needed to be sure my June was getting the best care possible. We had some really rough times near the end, and Dr. Katz walked me through every step of her decline. I will forever be grateful to her for that... I tear up as I write this review because I really am not sure that I could have navigated June's final years without the discovery of Dr. Katz and her expertise, and mostly her compassion and empathy. My June had a very traumatic night at Friendship Animal Hospital ER after having developed "bloat", and was discharged to home with a raging UTI. The next morning Dr. Katz had me bring June in before the start of the day for hydration and antibiotics, and came out to my car and carried June inside herself. Dr. Katz is very small and she carried my bulldog inside by herself. I'll never really get that vision or act of just pure kindness out of my head. Dr. Katz is the kind of vet who is still practicing because she truly loves and wants to help care for animals. But beyond that, her care plans are thorough and leave no rocks unturned. Yet, she keeps in mind cost and tailors the care to meet your needs as the pet-parent, and she isn't too proud to refer out when something is beyond her scope. She is incredibly well-rounded, experienced, hard-working (does she take any days off?!), and smart. But her most valuable attribute is her kindness and compassion - which you just can't teach. Selfishly, I hope that Dr. Katz continues to practice for a long time because at this point I don't know what I'd do without her!

We have been taking our beloved cat Ashby to Dr. Katz at Belle Haven for several years now, and she has always been fantastic. She listens to concerns and takes the time to have long conversations to truly be thorough. She has fit us in during emergency situations and always responds to inquiries quickly. Our sweet Ashby has had a long and healthy life largely thanks to her. The staff at Belle Haven is always friendly and professional.

Belle Haven is the best! They're always responsive by phone and email, efficient for every appointment that my dogs' have had, and the staff are friendly/helpful! I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!

Dr. Katz at Belle Haven continues to provideoutstanding care to all of my pets. She is well respected by other vets; when I took a pet to South Paws Emergency Center for additional care, they told me that Dr. Katz was considered by them to be an outstanding vet with excellent diagnostic skills. Probably above all she is extremely compassionate and considerate in her provision of care-both to the animal and to the owner. I feel very fortunate to have her take care of my pets.

Dr Katz was very thorough and professional. Even Sasha, our little princess, didn't mind too much.

We have been clients for 3 years and will continue to be, but the service has declined significantly. Almost impossible to get in touch with having to call back repeatedly. Currently, have a 10 week old puppy with an emergent medical issue and the response was we are fully booked through October with no guidance or willingness to help.

Dr. Stark and the Staff at Belle Haven are exceptional! I get test results quickly and they care for my fur baby with great care. I love that they are still offering curb-side service. Great Vets! Fantastic location!

Everything went great for one of our dogs so far. Honestly didn’t make since why they needed to do his exam and blood draw in another room from us (they said it was due to covid but still didn’t make sense since we all had masks on). The tech and dr were nice and my pup got used to them after about 15-20min. Will update after we bring in our other pup and see how he does.

I've been taking my animals to BHAMC for over 10 years. Though this isn't the cheapest vet in town, I trust them implicitly with my precious "babies." To me, confidence in their staff is worth the premium price. And here, you get what you pay for. The admins and vet techs are efficient, friendly and helpful, and the vets are top-notch. Their guidance on what procedure/vaccination/preventative care to perform has always been what is best for the animal, while being mindful of my not-unlimited pocketbook. And when the time comes to have to say goodbye, they are extremely compassionate and respectful. I heartily recommend them to anyone looking for first-rate veterinarians. UPDATE: I recently showed up at BHAMC just before closing time with my tiny dog that had been bitten by another dog. Rather than sending me to the emergency vet, Dr. Stark and the staff they whisked him in and performed life saving, emergency surgery. They ended up staying more than two hours past closing time. They did a thorough job of cleaning his wounds, verifying there were no other injuries and stitching him up. He is recovering beautifully thanks to their quick and skilled treatment.

For routine cat wellness and when confronted with serious illness BHAMC is caring and supportive with the knowledge and recommendations to keep your cat healthy and manage chronic conditions. They work collaboratively with specialists to ensure the best possible diagnoses and treatment plans.

The staff are very caring and do a great job. They have strict COVID precautions in place but make a real effort to give personal service. I recommend them highly!

Dr. Donohue has cared for three of my cats in the last thirteen years with great compassion and expertise, including the loving termination of my 17 year old male Abyssinian, and now my healthy and beautiful 13 year old Abyssinian female who has been under her care since her litter birth as her breeder also went to Dr. Donohue. I couldn't have found a better vet to have as I take on life as a new paw parent! Excellent response time, great hours (Saturday hours are so helpful) and very friendly staff! Thank you for always being on the other end of a phone call or email.

This is the best vet we've been too, and we've been to a lot of vets! Went for an annual checkup. At other vets, they take her blood, give her shots, and send me home with meds. At Belle Haven, they actually went over her results with me and listened to my concerns and freely offered info/suggestions. They also tricked my pup so she didn't even know she got the shots (usually she is super dramatic about the whole thing). Very personable, professional, and caring.

Dr. Donohue is absolutely the best. We always feel comfortable knowing that she will be able to accurately diagnose and treat the issue at hand -- and her kindness and compassion is clearly picked up by our wonderful English Cream Golden Retriever as well!

Their offices are clean, spacious, and orderly; the staff is friendly and professional; and Dr. Katz is wonderful with our Siberian Husky, who deeply dislikes all vet visits.
