They really care about your pet(s). All of the staff is very friendly and the doctor is very quick to get back with advice between appointments.

NWVH has been keeping my pets for over 20 years- they're #1 on my list and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top quality veterinary care.

The staff and doctors are very good listeners when you are explaining your concerns about your pet, and very thorough in their examinations.

Loved this place! I was up on vacation and they worked to fit me in asap when my dog's paw was injured and were very kind and reassuring.

Very nice staff. My Labrador Retriever is not afraid of them like most dogs afraid of the vet.

I’ve gone here for years. We see a different vet every time we go and they do not listen to differing opinions. When I call they just don’t have time for me and I often feel like I’m putting them out. If you want to spend a ton of money and feel like an idiot go here. Additionally they said our cat needed to be put down (due to old age) but wouldn’t let us in to see our cat pass. I wouldn’t recommend.

I am fairly new to the area-My dog got sick on Fri. night after all vets were closed (YEA) Even worse was there were 3 vets near me+ and a mobile vet all of who could not take new patients. I was feeling very defeated but then found N. Windham Vet-I called Mon. A.M. and got an appt. for Tues. A.M.-I cant say enough about how relieved I was-The doctor took her time and explained everything she would like to do along with the cost-My only concerned was that my dog would not go in without me because it was all so new-But he had no problems leaving me behind.when the girl came out to get him- he just walked in with her. Which really told me all I needed to know about the people there. I am so happy to find this place I would recommend it to anyone-Thankx again Cindy

Their vet is scared of dogs.

I brought my 5 month old puppy in for a exam and to just get him looked at and to see a price for neutering him. Both times I went to see this vet, she and her nurse were very very condescending. They were rude and didn’t share any important information with me that I would need to know when I took him to the specialist they recommended today. They took his temperature but failed to actually tell me the temperature, and while they were examining him they were saying some mean things about how I care for my dog, because I am a teenager. I would honestly give this place a -1 but that wasn’t a choice. Think twice before taking your animal here, especially if you are a teenager. Just overall a horrible experience and I definitely will NOT be going back there ever again.

My chihuahua of 18 years passed away an I didn't have a vet I brought her to them an they where so nice an consoled me I Thank Them for everything they did with kindness

This is a stunning practice located in North Windham in a beautiful and modern setting. The team has created a practice and culture that considers every detail, every clients' situation and does so with compassion and empathy.

If I could rate them a 0, I would. I have a chocolate lab who is so nice that he would probably greet an intuder with a toy - and this vet considered him “aggressive”. I would have to muzzle him before entering even when he would do nothing …

We bring our dogs here and the whole staff could not make this any more pleasant than they do. We are met with informative, caring and such a nice staff. We are listened to and respected in regards to course of treatment. Love that they are willing to work with you on a natural treatment plan as well as pharmaceutical. Great hours for people who have to come after work, reasonable cost and highly recommend!

My dog Pucky is always cared for with love and handled with gentle hands by all the employees of NWVH.

Professionals in every respect, and they are conversant with the most current medical practice in Vetrinarian medicine, as well as alternative medicine suplements where they are indicated as effective. Dr. Edelbaum and the entire staff love animals, and work to make their lives full and healthy.

WONDERFUL! The amount of love my pups and cat feel when they come in is unreal. The office is quick to move you into a room and even let you do family visits (both dogs and cat). I could not say enough positive things about North Windham Vet, THEY ROCK!

They were great, ready for me from the time of my scheduled appointment with no waiting at all! The staff is friendly and helpful and were more concerned with educating me instead of judging the care of my animal under the care of other vets in the past. A wonderful visit and the prices are always reasonable.

I had a great experience at North Windham Veterinary Hospital. The staff was awesome and friendly. Dr. Lucas was also very kind and caring, I liked him. The facilities were clean and the location was very convenient for me. Furthermore, my pet and I were in and out they saw us in a timely manner.

The staff are all wonderful! I've been bring my pets here for about 18 years:) In my opinion they go above and beyond to help your fur baby feel better when they are sick. They are also awesome in giving you advise to keep your pet healthy. If you are looking for someplace to take your pet this is a great choice.

I just had to put my cat of 14 years down. Not only where the employees at the North Windham Veterinary Hospital caring, they took the time to send a sympathy card after. I don't know how these kind people can do the things they do, but I do want to say - Thank you.

they are very professional & friendly to their 2 legged clients and certainly have a wonderful bedside manner with their 4 legged clients. Although it was my first visit, they all knew my new family member by name as soon as we walked in the door, as the previous owners brought her there as well. I was very impressed and have recommended them to others.

We currently have two black labs mixes that are treated here and I cannot tell you how comfortable and fantastic NWVH makes us and our fur babies feel. Sadly we had to put down our family bunny, Bella, last month and just recently we received a letter signed by all the technicians with a personal note from each of them sharing their condolences. This is beyond customer service, this is love for what they do. There are not enough wonderful things to be said about this place.

If you want to bring your pets to a loving and caring place this is where you want to bring your pet. You are not just dollar signs to them. Very compassionate and loving. I have been bringing my pets here for over 13 years and I wouldn't bring them anywhere else.

You guys are Amazing! Dr. Car and Sue were so dedicated to our dogs needs when she was facing the end of her life. It was a fairly unusual case and Dr. Car never gave up on trying to figure out what the problem was and trying to and solve it. The entire staff was so sympathetic and helpful through the final days and assisting Tasia with her journey over the Rainbow Bridge. I cannot give North Windham vet and the staff enough praise and thanks for everything they have done for our family.

I was entirely satisfied with my visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Julia Lucas. She did a consult on my dog and identified the problem within the first few moments. She was great.
