The obvious bad news as a pet owner is hearing your family member/best friend needs surgery. The silver lining is having a team of professionals that genuinely seem to care about the work they do. Both of my pets were treated well, the teams are extremely knowledgeable in their field and will even go as far as recommending options even if they don't financially benefit from it. Shout out to Dr. Rubin and his team, great surgeon, and another shout out to Dr. Philibert in oncology, whom not only shares insight, but also deep compassion for both patient and client. Thank you.

This place found the answers I needed! Just be prepared to wait. Bring food and water. I brought a blanket and pillow because I went on a Saturday. My 8 yr old cat was having many symptoms including vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, sneezing, not eating. I had exhausted all options of the vet and needed answers bc I knew there was an underlying issue. It was about 2 grand for an overnight stay including all meds, IV fluids, ultrasounds, blood work etc. They figured out he has IBD and they think small cell lymphoma which is very hard to diagnose. They have an internal specialist there (thankfully) so he'll be having follow up through them. They were so kind, even though I was there 9 hours to find out he'd be better to stay the night they called with updates, and I'm most thankful they found answers. I only gave 4 stars due to waiting that long to find out he needed to be admitted but their care was amazing!

I would like to start this post by saying we were so grateful our dog could be seen so quickly. We appreciate how overwhelmed the industry is these days, and to be seen so quickly in such a scary situation for us was wonderful. The vet tech who spoke with us was so kind and great with our dog. What I did not appreciate was the lack of transparency on cost and the absence of professionalism from an organization who is not inexperienced in dealing with clients in very stressful situations. First, we were told our bill would be $330, which we authorized. However, we were called FORTY MINUTES after we left the vet (while our dog was still exhibiting symptoms) to request payment for a $600+ bill. Two additional processes were added before we left, but we were provided with no quote for the cost before they were administered. We still have no clear idea what is wrong with our dog, despite watching his inability to stand all of last night and falling down the stairs. When we spoke with the vet the following day, we respectfully suggested that perhaps they call 24 hours after the event to check on the well being of the animal and request payment at that time. To which the vet responded that she had nothing to do with that. Coming from a service industry, you work as a team with your coworkers and you work to create solutions to customer complaints to make the best experience for everyone.

Expensive as all hell. Drove a 3 hour round trip only to find out they lost the blood they drew from our pet. Quoted thousands of dollars in treatments without any confidence of success. Very pleasant doctor though

I have had many positive experiences with them. They are personal, professional and truly care about the people and animals they are helping. They go above and beyond. They are very dedicated to what they do. I Am beyond happy with them.

Very nice and my pets seem to like them too!

They were great!! My son's gerbil needed her teeth filed and they fixed her right up in no time! Definitely recommend!!

Despite always being very busy, this office has never kept my pet waiting. They are very professional, kind, and dedicated to helping pets. Thank you for helping my little pup Buddy three times now! He loves to get into trouble in the afternoon or on holidays :)

if one more emergency vet tells me they’re “not comfortable” seeing small animals i swear to god. do your job. it’s christmas eve my animal is sick.

We were in desperate need for getting our feral cat, Rosco, seen. He had a serious bacterial infection. They took him in right away! They are awesome!!

It was very busy but we got in and out within 1 hrs 45 mins. Very much like the waiting in car thing. They've done a much better job of keeping up the pace.

I never leave reviews but DR Hamilton performed great surgery on rocky and hes doing great. Grateful for their work. And sam she was amazing at explaining everything in detail. Thank you

They are helping me care for my buddy that has lymphoma and doing a wonderful job. Everyone is very caring and concerned, following up with me frequently. Thankful for the care we are getting! Thank you MVMC

Very kind and compassionate staff. Allowed me to hold my fur baby while he passed away. So much respect and kindness was given in one of the hardest moments.

Terrible. The vet sent our dog home and he died hours later. Our german shepherd was only three years and six months old. The vet has not returned my calls. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the board and we will see where it goes from there. I had to give one star to post this review.

We travel over an hour each way to MVMC, their care for our mini dachshund is second to none! She had emergency spine surgery there this past April and the follow-on that we're receiving for care as well as PT is absolutely amazing

All I can say is I love them and am grateful!

My trip here was most unbelievable and devastating!! I spent an insane amount of money thinking I was going to keep my buddy alive and the bottom line is I didn't have enough money for the unforgiving ,rude with no people skills establishment so basically I paid $3000.00 to euthanize my 18 month old pal.. I will never recommend this place to anyone that actually loves their pets..!
