We’ve been taking our 2 dogs to Casco Bay vet for 7 years. We feel so lucky to get the level of amazing care we do. Everyone who works here is so kind, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Both dogs adore going here, and actually get excited when we pull into the parking lot because they know a safe and friendly environment awaits. I really can’t recommend them enough!

Casco Bay Vet are caring professional staff for your pets. All of the staff are responsive and want the vet for your family pets. My dog is in great hands of people who always give their best care and love. They treat your pet as if it is their pet and that in itself tells me that they understand and honor the love of your pet.

Very warm staff, they listen well, I'll be glad when everybody can go inside!! COVID changes everything. The staff is well organized and for added fun their learning everyone's vehicle. Very Professional they get their job done. The fellow up is great!!!!

Dr. Jeff and the staff at Casco Bay are really caring, patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciate Dr. Jeff's thoughtful and patient post-visit calls where he takes as much time needed to describe and explain test results and next steps. He is more patient, warm and kind than some of my own doctors! You get the impression at Casco Bay Vet that they truly love our pets, and that goes a long way in feeling well cared for there.

I would have loved to go into the office with our cat to ease his stress, but the curbside services are amazing as we try to protect ourselves and eachother from covid. The prices were a bit expensive, we expected it to be as such! The turnaround time for testing is amazing and we got a call the very next morning. The nurses and Vet were extremely kind and caring, it felt like they truly loved and cared for our dear manny as much as we did. He is 19 and suffering from kidney issues and we were given kind words and paths we could take. Thank you all for being so kind and compassionate, we needed it!

The folks at Casco Bay Vet are truly wonderful. My family recently welcomed two puppies into our home and the team at Casco Bay and especially Dr. Marc have been such amazing supports for us- offering knowledge, sharing tips, and kind words of encouragement. Besides having the most amazing doctors--we have been with the peerless Dr. Ouellette at 3 different locations, with 3 different dogs for more than 20 years. We love and admire all the other doctors, too, of course. The staff is incredible--they are angels! They treat everyone like old friends. We are so lucky to have this wonderful care for our sweet Zuma.

Bernie sees Dr Sarah, who has been very attentive and takes the time to explain what she is doing, why, what she found and answer all our questions. The technicians are so kind and whenever I call, customer service is exceptional.

I've taken my animals to Casco Bay Vet, after being referred there initially for an ultrasound with Dr. Robbins; but I chose to stay there and work with their team of vets for both of my cats' care. They are kind, communicative and competitively priced. For me, it's their team that makes the difference: compassionate, responsive, thoughtful. I can't begin to tell you the number of little things they have done to add up to a wonderful experience, especially in some difficult and emotional times. They are competent and solution-orientated. It's such a challenging profession to care and speak for our pets who can't tell us what they need and the team here is excellent. I tell everyone I know to take their pets here.

Our dog slipped a disc in his back, basically our worst nightmare. We brought him in as an emergency and Casco Bay Veterinary Hospital was great. It was a holiday weekend but they nonetheless got him in quickly and walked us through our options in a caring and compassionate way. At every step we felt informed and that the staff was giving us the best possible information. The surgery went well and the hospital provided a detailed and comprehensive guide to our dogs after care, demonstrated to us how to care for our dog, and followed up with us the next day with more follow up planned as well. Obviously you never want your pet to need an emergency visit, but if it does happen I can recommend Casco Bay Veterinary Hospital. I also feel confident that non-emergency services are excellent and now that our dog is in recovery it's something we also look into.

We have been with Casco Bay Vet for 8 years now and they continue to be a reliable, responsive and compassionate resource. Their pricing is reasonable (I love that you can schedule lower cost tech visits for smaller issues or vaccines) and the vets are all very rational in their care - I've never had someone try to oversell me on a product or service. They truly care about animals and always seem to know my dog when we arrive. Highly recommend.

We have taken our dogs to Casco Bay Veterinary Hospital doctors for the past 20 years (we switched to CBVH long ago after having a bad experience with another local veterinarian). Over this time, we have seen most of their doctors, and we have been very happy with their services. Our dogs' behavior indicates that they enjoy their visits, which also says a lot. One of our current dogs has unique health needs and we could not be happier with her doctor's care.

Pushkin and I always feel so taken care of and kindly treated when we come to our appointments. We love it here!
