We absolutely LOVE North Deering Veterinary Hospital. We got our pup in the middle of COVID (like many others) - Dr. Mills and his staff have been so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind with every interaction.

They are an amazing vet. Always treat my dog like she is their own and take the time to explain things thoroughly, I've never felt rushed out.

Over the past 20 years, Dr. Mills has cared for my dog and Dr. Keenan has cared for my cats. I have complete confidence in their compassionate care of my fur babies. Absolutely 5 stars for the doctors and staff!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. Rude front desk staff and incompetent care. They will take your money over and over and your animal will still suffer.

We've been coming here for years and keep returning, so I guess that means someone is doing something right! ???? In all honesty though, every experience we've had has been positive, informative and extremely helpful, and the entire staff is wonderful!

i’m particularly impressed with the service here in regards to corona virus. the staff were very efficient and attentive, and i had a very smooth experience from start to finish, all via curbside. no complaints at all. thank you for your service!!

They take care of your pet as if it were their own. Dr. Mills is incredible. We whole-heartedly trust him but more so, so does our dog.

These guys are great. I've had awesome results going in with my Belgian Malinois several times now. Both from Dr. Mills and the technicians. Dr. Mills is great and really took the time to get to know me and my dog.

I've been taking my feline here to for years, but NO MORE. They used to be responsible and responsive, but with a new wave of millennial hires this place has gone down the tubes steadily. They failed multiple times (regarding different visits) to give me vital information about my cats procedure, and this most recent time insisted, "Well, you should of listened to the whole voicemail." Then one of the employees started to compare my cat's simple thing to his own battles with leukemia?!? Call me crazy, but shouldn't ALL info be given when discussing the procedure or when making the appointment? And then to have them shoot you down when you complain that this it is not cool, how much their screw up screwed up my day/week, etc. As with all people, be wearisome of those who hide behind their smiles and being ooohhh sooooo nice.

The staff was great! I had just rescued a puppy and went here to have her checked out and receive her shots. I was seen quickly and had a very nice conversation with Mark VMD who seemed as if he had all the time in the world to spend with us which was amazing. Come to find out when I went to check out there was no charge for the visit, we were just charged for the tests and we're given a puppy bag with flea/tick and heart worm medicine as well as a few other gifts. Mark works with many shelters in the area offer free first visits to folks rescuing animals.

The doctors are very professional and records are well kept. The staff is courteous, and when I call for medication refills, they are always done immediately. Their hours can’t be beat. They are open 6 days a week, and I can always get a Saturday appointment within a 2 week span.

The first time I came here with a cat with an ear infection. Though the vet was very informative of the situation, she did not mention the cost of each little test they would perform. So, a seemingly mild, simple vet visit ran almost $300. I then was picked for a free exam, which I had understood as a free vet visit. My mistake! They got me again with every little fee. This "free" visit was almost $150. I'll now be searching for a new vet that is more honest about their rates.

Dr. Mills is my favorite. They're all reality nice, but he sits on the floor and interacts with your pet. Really nice man.

We have been to this vet a lot this past few days with a sick kitten and a check up for our older cat, and each experience has been great! We feel that the vets and staff truly care about our furry family members and work to provide the best care. They even donated an exam to our kitten since she was adopted from a shelter! We are very happy with our new vet!

If you're in need I'll just a superb vet, this is the place to go. I met with Doctor Mills. Nicest guy. Helped me with my dogs. Even treated one of them for free since she was a new rescue. I highly recommend this place
