Pets are well take care of, and never last more than weeks

I appreciate what they do here and it has helped me a lot - though just a note. Surrendering animals is never easy but dealing with a rude receptionist really makes it that much harder. Lindsey (unsure of spelling) from the front desk was the most unpleasant person I’ve worked with and treated me like I was annoying her when after roughly 7+ minutes of silence I asked if she needed anything else from me. Really unprofessional and made the experience even more sad than it already was. 4 star only because they are a good resource as a whole

The people are very friendly and very helpful, place to is clean and the cats seem to be comfortable. This is the cat I chose, Mango made himself at home in 2 days, he's adorable

Instant connection. This cat will never want for anything except more and more rubbings, oh, right there. Forever home has a deeper meaning. <3 =^.^= 6hrs an he was curled up on anyone's lap being a lovey sponge

They helped my family to get our cat fixed. Very nice staff. Cat was fine next day. So far no issue

It was clean and the animal were happy I love going there

There friendly. Awesome animals to adopted there up to date on shots and fixed. They have a pet pantry to help cats and dogs for food and cat litter. There awesome.

I went to the vaccine clinic yesterday and never in my life have I seen such unprofessionalism. A few of us were unclear where and what we were to do so tried asking questions only to be told off and yelled at and told if we don't listen they would refuse service. I went to talk to a supervisor and was told I would get a call back later in the afternoon....next day still no calls. If that's the way you want to run that shelter with rude people then have fun but I won't be adopting anymore animals from there again. If they treat people that way then I'd hate to see how the animals are being treated who can't talk back and stick up for themselves.

Great experience! The staff here we're super kind and compassionate, they clearly love what they do. They never made me or son (who was hopping around with excitement)feel like we were a burden (even though they were extremely busy). They seemed genuinely excited for us as we adopted our cat and provided us with some food and a list of vets. You made me and my son's adoption experience amazing. Thank you!

Buyer beware we spent over 1000 dollars including donations and several days later after we purchased both of our dogs, we called to speak to their behavioralist who never got back to us. We recently Called about getting vaccines for the dogs in which we purchased from them and we were told no because we were out of there service area but every month we get a letter asking for donations and which we are out of their service area. So in short once they take your money your on your own they don't care about you or your animal. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

This place is ok and a shelter but don't any hurt animals there because they do not have an onsite veterinarian so they won't be able to help you with a hurt animals so we had brought a homeless cat that had been hit by a car all way to the humane society and they basically had to turn us away and weren't very helpful in finding a place we could take the hurt cat since the emergency bet next door didn't open until 11am wich that alone was weird for it not to open until 11am we had to find another place to bring the hurt cat wich was hurt bad n bleeding from its mouth so we went to Stetson rd emergency clinic for animals and they came out n helped the cat

Very kind people and they treat their animals with the best care. They answer people's questions quickly and efficiently, and make any adoption process (or surrender) very easy and smooth for everyone. They offer such sweet animals and I always get my pets from here.

Horrible costumer service. I put an application in to meet with a dog. They said I had 24 hours to contact them back, I tried several time between yesterday and today to call them but no one answered the phone, I also left a voicemail.

I adopted a great dog from your very impressive shelter on Dec 29th. It's now mid March and thanks to an observant dog daycare owner where . I planned to enroll my dog she questioned his distemper shot. It was due Dec.31st but they had not given it to him. I assumed that all animals adopted from a shelter receive all necessary vaccinations before adoption. I am disappointed that I wasn't told....the booster is nearly 3 months overdue. Of course I called my vet to schedule an immediate appointment but I consider this a very careless oversight. Three days from adoption to the due date of the shot, putting my dog in jeopardy.

Never been happier! Found a dog within minutes on there website. Went in the same day and was very pleased with there service. If you are looking for dog cat or even smaller animals I would definitely recommend this place for friends and family.

Pick a Dog on line?!? I think not! But I do understand that we all have to take precautions and after how the process was explained it made sense

Everyone is so nice here, and it is very clean. All of the animals (not very many, good!) look healthy and have energy. The dog park next door is great! Their adoption process is easy as well. They truly care about animals here.

Every time I go the people are always nice and willing to help with all your pets needs. My kids love going and checking out the pets. It's always clean and well maintained.
