The entire staff at Brewer Vet has been amazing. We recently had to put our beloved dog down and they helped the entire process hurt just a little bit less.

My family's been coming here for years. Doctors and technicians are great. No major complaints. Careful with the receptionists. Last time I called, I was talked to in a condescending and disrespectful way which I didn't appreciate. But other than that, highly recommend.

Great people. I trust them with my best friends.

I have been taking my pets to Brewer Veterinary Clinic since I was a child and have had such great experiences. Most recently, I had an encounter with the same secretary (not once but twice) that left me in tears upon hanging up in both instances. When refered to the manager, Kasey (apologies if this is spelled wrong), she was helpful in explaining the situation rather than just telling me my animal simply couldn't be seen at all after blatant disrespect and belittling like the secretary. Procedures and regulations are in place for a reason, no doubt, I can and always will respect that, but human kindness in every profession should be the standard that we all hold ourselves to, especially in times like we are experiencing right now.

Fantastic clinic with very compassionate & thoughtful staff

This was my first visit to a vet with an animal. It's my daughter's cat but I think I was more nervous then the cat! ???? The vet was very calming and reassuring. Took the time to explain what needed to be done. Never assumed we wanted certain things done, he asked first. Both the vet and his helpers were very gentle and patient. Lil P found her forever vet.

This was a awesome clinic, it doesn't get any better then this , they were so helpful and caring for my dog Diesel. I can't thank them enough, the whole staff was polite and professional as well as caring, I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for helping my little friend

The majority of our experiences have been great but a newer vet refused to fill our pets annual allergy medication since we don't use it all year. It's for SEASONAL allergies and $80 a month!

I have been going to this vet for at least 10 years and I have never been dissatisfied with the care that my pets have received. We had our first emergent care situation today and they got our pet in so quickly! The staff is always so nice and you can tell they enjoy their jobs Thank you Brewer Vet for your constant hard work and dedication!

Their heart may be in the right place, but serious burn out exists.

Absolutely fantastic, I'd trust these people with my animals again any time.

Dr. Pryor and her staff were excellent, so kind and our 11 1/2 year old lab loved them. We called this morning in a panic as he was apparently having some neurological issues.. they took care of him and gave us suggestions since we are traveling.. would highly recommend them..

They are so great with my pets. I've always had great experiences with any staff member there. They treat your pet like one of their own!

They charge extra if your cat isn't a member

Wonderful experience. My very grumpy cat had symptoms of a UTI or blockage. In my panic, I accidentally Googled the wrong vet (I was very confused as to why I wasn't on file and eventually figured it out when I punched it into my car navigation and it was in the wrong town) BUT when Dr. Houser heard his symptoms she squeezed him in on the same day. Everyone was professional and pleasant to interact with. Very reasonable charge for an emergency visit and medications, and I will definitely follow up with them if my cat ends up needing further testing or treatment.

So happy with our service today. Our dog had a cut from another dog that swelled up with pus a few days after. Our own vet wouldn’t even consider seeing him but said it was an emergency so we should go to the emergency clinic when it opened three hours later. We called around and BVC said yes how fast can you get here? They were excellent to work with and we will be using them from now on!

EDIT: I mistook this clinic for the emergency clinic. Thank you to the responder. I feel a bit dense. ???? The five stars remain for the honest, kind response. I appreciate you! I had to bring my grandmother's dog for an emergency visit. I drove 4 hours. The wait was long due to several more serious emergencies, but the end result was worth the wait. After he was checked over, the vet called us herself and asked for approval before doing any tests. She gave the reasoning, her thoughts on what was wrong, and the prices. Once she received the results, instead of a phone call, she came to speak to us face-to-face. She told us the results, all the while crying with us. She explained everything in detail so we could understand what it all meant.. We informed her my grandmother has dementia because she was lashing out when she heard the results. She told us she experienced dementia in her family and cried again. She told us he was in an excruciating amount of pain and would pass within a week. My grandmother decided to let him go peacefully, as the vet recommended. The vet spoke sweetly to him, pet him, and let him give her kisses. She cried as she sat with us while he passed. She told my grandmother how sweet he was and assured her she did the right thing, and that he wasn't hurting anymore. My grandmother kept repeating the vet's words to anyone she talked to about the loss. The compassion and genuine emotion the vet showed was incredible. She clearly loves her job and if she were closer, I would make her my permanent vet. I wholeheartedly recommend Brewer Vet.

Brewer isn’t my normal vet, but I did adopt a kitty from a shelter that was originally spayed there. Unfortunately a few years later it was found some of her ovaries were still in (or ovarian remnants, not really sure how it works) because she kept going into heat. Since the spay was done at BVC I figured I’d give them a call and see if they could help me out. They got her in for a surgery very quickly- within a couple weeks of my call- and didnt charge me a cent! I am so appreciative. My poor kitty has been through a lot medically in the past few months, and I financially, so knowing this was resolved so easily on both ends was just great. Thank you Brewer!!

My Chihuahua Charlie had surgery on April 26. They staff is wonderful. I received a phone call the next day asking how Charlie was doing. So glad I chose this veterinary for my puppy.

I took my old boy of almost 14 years there and will be taking my new puppy there. Excellent vets!!

Wife called to ask if they do walk in at this time, receptionist said no and asked if we wanted to make an appointment. Before my wife even got a chance to say anything to to them, they hung up on us. They waited three seconds and hung up. Quite angry.

Use to be great until noon ew owners now it's WAY MORE EXPENSIVE!!

This clinic is extremely busy but in spite of that remain flexible and compassionate.

The staff was very nice! Asked for ok before proceeding with any treatment! And was the only ones we could find that would take us upon emergancy!

They were so wonderful. I’m from out of state my dog got really sick and they took him immediately. So kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
