Terrible customer service. Make sure you are on time coming or going. Will not offer anything but negativity if you don’t follow “the rules”. Too bad I am not as perfect as they are!!

We brought our GoldenDoodle in to get groomed by Jasmine and she did exactly what we were looking for! We had some issues making an appointment but they quickly corrected it and even gave us a discount (which we made up in a tip because we were so pleased). We just moved to the area and found our new groomer!

Erika and Jasmine are the absolute BEST! Our fluffy muppet of a goldendoodle always comes home looking just the way we asked! It is clear when we come back for the his next cut that he enjoys his time at First Mate because he excitedly bursts through the door to greet his friends. They treat our pup with such kindness and are easy going and pleasant to chat with. I highly recommend this locally owned business!

My one year old Cavachon had never been professionally groomed. I was worried she would give the groomers a hard time. The two girls were fantastic! My dog was happy and cool. It is evident that they care about animals and know how to make them feel comfortable.
