Lady checking me out insisted that online price of item was the reward/loyalty program price and would not price match online. Hopefully last time I have to set foot in there.

Wish they had more options available. But staff is always nice and helpful and knowledgeable

We love PetSmart! Our furbabies always find a mew toy to bring home. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love that they have adoption days. It's always heart warming to see a fur baby find its forever home. ????

Seem to always have items that I need and have a tough time finding elsewhere. They answer the phone and are helpful in actively identifying and provide feedback on product availability. Friendly staff as well.

Always lots of supplies, making trip for our new kittens.

Inside they have betta fish and they really need to take better care of them some of them look like they're very poorly taken care of and they're suffering they need to clean water

Pretty cool place just bought our daughters hamster from there.I wish I would've remembered the ladys name that helped us. She went way out of our way to make sure we had and knew everything.

Had puppy training with Jessica. She’s the best. I didn’t think Bully would listen but Jessica ensured she would after training. We’ve completed the first 6 week class and looking forward to all other training classes Jessica teaches

As always, adopt from shelters and don't shop from stores for an actual animal. But they have great prices! I get my cats prescription food here from the animal hospital. It's always fun to walk around and look at the seasonal stuff.

Often out of items, but the staff are Always nice and knowledgeable.

The store was filthy and half of the shelves were empty. No one offered any help to me or other shoppers. There was only one person on the register, and 19 people in line. I watched as 3 managers sat in the front room talking on cell phones instead of helping the cashier. The beta fish I bought there died within 3 hours of getting it home. I hadn’t even taken it out of the store’s container yet. That was extraordinarily traumatizing for me and caused a psychotic break.

It seems to be a friendly environment, nice and clean place to shop, the staff is very knowledgeable about products and animals, I would recommend anyone this location

Right as you walk in, there's signage that states everyone must wear a mask and they also had hand sanitizer throughout the whole store! This was the first time we brought our daughter anywhere since Covid started. We felt safe as it was nice and clean and everyone had on masks. The employees were incredibly patient and informed even with a first time fish owner who's three.

Brought my puppy there to get a collar. And the cashier was friendly and helpful

This place is definitely "pet smart"

Forgot how expensive things are! I payed 20 bucks for a puppy collar.

Love getting my dogs nails done here every dog groomed here looks fantastic and they leave happy but afraid only place my dog not scared to go since puppy formula shots flea pills any toys snacks everything dog strollers everything your one stop shop

Took my two year old in to look at fish. It was her first time in a pet store. Employees were very nice and helpful.

Has everything you would need for your pet. Only negative is the prices are a bit high, witch is expected. I'm the type that's always looking to save a dollar.

Found what I needed and out pretty quick (for a Saturday)!
