We had a pet emergency and both Dr. Pellegrin and Dawn at the office were a great comfort. We are switching Murray to this doctor because he loved him so much.

The doc was very thorough and showed concern For my dog and he even called to check on my dog Then ask how we were doing.

Today I had appt to update my dog Xander on his vaccines since we recently relocated here from TX. Xander had been labeled aggressive and needed a muzzle during exams. Dr. Christian took his time and earned Xander's trust; no muzzle needed. I have two dogs and decided to leave the second bcuz she was not due for her vaccines. My pets are ok when I leave them alone together but not separately. I left her in her kennel, crying! Dr. Christian sensed the anxiety I had about leaving Laci Loo alone; he understood. The patience and sensitivity he had was truly appreciated!

Never in my years have I ever met such a great bunch of professional, caring, hard working people. My usual Vet's Clinic was flooded during Hurricane Ida and my dog was being treated for his condition when the storm hit. His condition got worse as time went on and the folks were more than willing to see him and continue his treatment as he was in a lot of pain. THANK GOD FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE. I'm not sure if my usual Vet will return, but I'm switching TODAY to Pet Care Center in Slidell, LA. ????

My son recently took our dog to The Pet Center but I couldn't go. Dr. Pellegrin made sure to call me and keep me updated during the process of trying to find out what was wrong with our Katy. The staff even offered to let my son come up there each day to help our dog take her meds. Luckily we got her to take them at home. Nothing but great things to say about this place and the staff.

They staff was super loving and helpful. They even called personally to check on my fur baby the following day. Love this place

I can go on and on about how amazing this veterinarian clinic is. Dr .Christian and staff are always so amazing and they stop and talk to you and are concerned about you and your furbaby! Other veterinarian clinics I've been to treated me like another number or wanted money from me! This clinic has such amazing people there that work to help you and care about you. I'm blessed to have Dr. Christian and his staff!!! P.S. Please let Denise stay there at this location in slidell, Louisiana . She's so amazing and with her on that staff you will get more owners coming in with their furbabies. May God bless you ????

i was very happy with the service boarding my dog. Everyone was nice and took care of my dog very well.

I’ve been to many vets in slidell in the past year. This place is home. Great staff, knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to help our babies. I will be bringing my other 2 bulldogs there.

I have to say I was so impressed by the vet. He personally called me after Donald's my cats surgery. Then he called the next day to check on him to make sure he was recovering ok. I was so impressed by him and his compassion. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you again for the first class care you gave my baby boy.

My dog came home with a scratched, inflame eye. No one said anything. Or called to say anything. It makes me think. He didn’t receive any play time Sha if he did another pet my have harmed him.

Dr. Pellegrin and his staff are very knowledgeable, patient with the animals, polite, listens to all concerns regarding your furry babies and gives the furry babies quality medical care. You can tell that everyone there loves the furry babies and enjoy providing top notch care to them.

Dr. Pellegrin has gone above and beyond what I could even begin to expect. He took great care of our dog and ran all the test he could. He contacted the other vet where we had to bring our dog to get his blood transfusion due to him being near death (they don't do them, can't fault them for that at all) so they knew everything so they could begin right when we walked in. He then contacted the other vet asking about our dog the next day and reached out to us explaining it. He has gone above what I could ever begin to expect from someone. Simply amazing. His actions saved our dog.

I came here to get my dog neutered under a St Tammany Parish voucher and the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. As soon as we walked in there was a cute little board with the names of all of their patients that day, which I thought was very sweet and made me feel like my dog was important to them even though he is not a regular patient. They were not only friendly to me but also my dog. My dog is very small and doesn’t like to leave me, which he did not do in the beginning, but he warmed up to the staff’s kind hearts and went to them and everything was fine. I received many messages containing important information before the appointment and Dr. Christian (the doctor performing the surgery) even called to check up on my dog to see if everything was going okay. I really appreciate all the kindness from the staff to both me and my dog. I am now strongly considering switching to this vet from my primary vet because I felt so welcomed. Thank you Pet Care Center of Slidell for all your help and kind words!

Claudia, Jaylyn, and Dr Pelegrín did a great job with my rambunctious 7 mo old lab/pit mix. He was neutered under a St Tamm voucher. There were pre sx calls and follow up calls. All the forms for post chipping were given and explained. All postop care and medications were gone over. We were in no way rushed. It was very professional and friendly service! And Ace is doing fine!

Dr Christian is awesome. He took care of our cat when we notices something was wrong. He helped us through it. The staff there even called to check on us after she passed. He now takes care of our dogs and I wouldn't trust anyone else with them. Great Military discount and Amazing prices. I honestly can not thank them enough.

This is the worst Vet Clinic that I have ever been too. They’re overpriced.. They charged the max price and they don’t inspect the animals carefully!! They don’t clip nail or clean the pets ears but they charge you for it! They told me that do military discount but after getting the high priced services they told me that they only give discounts on certain things dealing with military. I advise anyone to avoid this place because they’re not a good Vet Clinic at all!! Charge me $320 for 2 shots!! Never ever again will you get my money! Hope this helps the next person that thinks of going to this place

We had an emergency when our dog cut himself on a fence bolt. He was quickly assessed and stitched up. The vet was very patient and we even got to take our dog home.
