The “ spaw” package is sensational!! Cledus comes home smelling like berries and champagne. He is bursting with enthusiasm to see his friends and after a hard day at play he sleeps peacefully and angelically!!!

The staff is so sweet. Always welcoming! My boy has so much fun when he visits his friends at Camp Bow Bow. As soon as he sees the building from the car he goes crazy in the back seat. So excited he's peeing on the way out my car. :)

Buddy my dog loves going to Camp Bow Wow. The staff is super friendly and very patient with new dogs who are not used to being left with strangers. I can’t imagine taking Buddy anywhere else.

We love this place! Our pup Sasha was fostered here before we adopted her, so it’s always so easy to bring her in. The staff is great and LOVES dogs. The cameras are an additional bonus.

Our dog got Kennel cough. He is 6 months old so immune system isn't built up right?! Now all 3 of our animals have it and are on antibiotics. Nobody called us back. Just pisses me off a bit. We watched one day they moved about 40 dogs into one room to clean the other room. Not sure if they were cleaning because they knew they had it or what. Once it gets in the facility it takes 2 weeks to get it out with a proper shutdown. Now with that being said. The setup is great but the doggie covid is running fierce in this facility. My vet said she has treated at least 6 dogs in the last 2 months

I am sure this is a very nice option for ongoing daycare. I was in from out of town, and called a day ahead to arrange daycare. I was told that my dogs vaccine titer records would be acceptable for her application, but when I arrived, no one seemed to know what they were, or what they meant. I was told by more than one person that her vaccines were overdue, when vet records and dated letter from the vet showed otherwise. This led to a phone call with my vet, which was fine, but I began to feel like I or my dog were not really welcomed. I feel like I was addressed in a dismissive and uncaring way and my business or my dog were really not important. Bottom line- I did not feel this was a good option for us, and did not leave her there. I hate leaving bad reviews. I usually don't leave one unless I can reward a business with 5 stars- or very rarely when I'm just so disappointed.

Camp Bow-Wow does such a great job taking care of my pup. They are so attentive! It's reassuring to know he is in good hands when we go out of town.

Easy check-in. After our first visit, "the interview", we commented on how efficient it was to bring our pup. It helped on our part that we were told ahead of time to provide the vaccine documentation, and then the form to fill out our dogs information was straight forward. We had excellent help figuring out what needed to be done and how the interview would look for our dog and what that meant on our end as well. The staff really helped put it into simple terms without making me feel not smart, and I greatly appreciated that. When we went to pick up our pup - they reminded us that she could be really tired and may want to drink a lot of water. This was so nice for them to let us know and keeping us in the loop. The cameras are an added bonus, used to check up on our girl and see how much fun she is having. The campgrounds never seem overcrowded or too much for any dog. There is plenty of space and the outdoor section is set up nice as well. We were also told about the adding a "nap" note, which we will always be grateful for, since it gives our girl a chance to catch up after a long time of play. I would HIGHLY recommend this location as the staff is concerned and compassionate about the pups that come in the doors as well as the being so incredibly transparent to the owners. I will recommend this to any one who will listen.

On holidays they charge you for so many days even if your dog is not there the whole holiday. They are rude and not professional.

My dog Max and I recently attended the Camp Bow Wow dog training classes with Randall. I would highly recommend this 6 week long class (meeting once a week) to learn the basic training techniques. Randall keeps the classes small which allows him to spend one on one time during class with each dog and owner. Randall is extremely knowledgeable and is flexible with you if you need to make up a class. My dog learned so much in the 6 weeks and it gave me a great foundation in dog training. Now we will work on what Max has learned in Level I: Basic Obedience and we'll be signing up for Level II in the near future. I would highly recommend the dog training program at Camp Bow Wow with dog trainer Randall. Get your dog signed up for their next class, you won't regret it!

Called saying I was coming from Denham Springs saying that I had an appointment for person xyz. Got there and she was look who are you here for are you sure it’s this location. I said yes I spoke to them the other day and I made the comment yes I wrk down the road from you guys. She calls xyz guy and he can’t get there and that he wrote down the appointment for the next day. I told this is precisely why I called before I got there to say I was on the way. Never again. Not wasting my time.

We tried to bring our dog there, made a reservation online and they called us back to ask questions, which we answered. After setting up a time for a 4 hour interview(this was all so we could get our dog into their grooming services, not any training classes) we brought him in only to be told they couldn't take him because he was heartworm positive. This could have all been avoided if the callback person was properly trained to ask the important questions.

Called last week and was told I could drop off my two dogs to be groomed at any time, only to be told once I get there that their policy changed a few days ago from corporate and I needed to interview to have my dogs bathed!?!? The manager then proceeded to give me a local groomers contact to use, crazy because that should be their competition. They proceeded to call me back and say I can go to the Baton Rouge location for the baths now...guess they had a minute to realize how unprofessional they handled the situation. I live in Prairieville so went straight to LUCKY DOG and they were more than happy to accommodate my dogs. Looks like they lucked out!! I will be a forever client and bring my dogs often!!!!
