Don’t go see Dr. Adams. He is horrible. He put my dog in lots of pain. I don’t know what he did for him when he took him inside to check on him. He made my dog’s case worse.

I specifically gave the front desk feeding instructions on the phone and I wrote them down. The instructions were not followed because my dog came back with all of his treats in the bag. The hospital manager gave me some bull about why he didn't get his treats which I didn't believe. My dog would never stay there again. My dog stayed there 5 days only eating just his food at 5:30 in the evenings and never ever getting one of his snacks.

Dr. Bass is the best!!!!! From the front office to the back office staff they will drop what they doing if your pet is in need!!! Just on a regular basis they are very attentive!!!

The staff at VCA Algiers is exceptional and my puppy has been there since he was 8 weeks old. Dr.Bass has done a good job with him. The boarding process is so quick and easy. I don’t think many people know about the boarding availability here. Reasonably priced and my pup seemed to be well cared for. The groomer here is a godsend every time I board we ask for a bath and he comes home shiny and smelling good ! His nails are properly trimmed and he is such a happy pup. Thank you VCA Algiers and team. So sad to be PCSING away from the area. Wish you all the best in the future.

The vetranarians were so kind and helpful for me my heart is broken after I lost my best friend but through their kindness I was eased through my pain and my puppies pain enough to make it.

These folks are super nice and helped my cat with his issue. I highly recommend taking your fuzzy loved one to them for care!

Great place, took care of my poodle. Her hair had some bad tangles and no one wanted to deal with it, so brought her to VCA Algiers Animal Hospitsl and they did a great job.

New to the areas and my puppers were in need of grooming. I love the the no contact procedures in place and the dogs looked fantastic and were in great moods. When we go back to our regular scheduled lives here I will definitely make this my permanent veterinarian home.

The staff are just great especially the grooming department. They listen to you and give you exactly what you need for you furry babies.

This place is super! Within a week of moving to NOLA, my baby Jackie had fleas. The fleas here are crazy! After finding the fleas here are apparently immune to Frontline, I called Algiers Animal Hospital. Although they didn't have any appointments available, they were very kind to recommend and supply me with a prescription flea regimen, and were very informative. A week later when I took Jackie in for a wellness visit, the doctor took lots of time examining my pup and answering all of my questions. He was also very patient and accommodating with her anxiety. Their prices are quite reasonable as well. I definitely recommend this place. Thanks!

care was fast and great. minus one star for prices. this clinic is more expensive than any of the other ones I checked. I just went to it bc I had an emergency. checked on vaccine prices and spay neuter prices and OUCH. way more than other clinics in the area.
