Great customer service all the way around and all staff are very attentive and helpful. Grooming staff are terrific. I only trust them to take care of my pet's needs.

Associates are respectful and helpful. They have some products i couldn't find retail locally

Bought a new harness for my puppy. The cashier was very helpful, and told me to bring my puppy next time. They also told me to return the harness if it didn't fit.

I wanted to see if they carried any parakeets and they do have some. The young lady was very helpful.

I love that Petco is right here in our neighborhood!! So easy to run in and pick up food, treats and of course TOYS!!!

I like the variety they offer. I do think they are a little expensive. Love the groomer, they are great with our doggies to clip their nails.

Our food was hot and fresh what the The waite was so long and they did not have many cars I wish they were like Chick-fil-A they have long line but they come outside to take your order and that's a lot faster!

Very depressing store. Display animals did not look well cared for. One of the iguanas was extremely emaciated. Three bettas were dead and floating upside down. Never going back

This location is stocked better than the locations on the east bank.

Looking for doggy bones , large assortment found what I needed.

I made online a grooming appointment for my 2 dogs. The store opens at 9 so I made the appointment for 9. Shortly after I got a text saying that my appointment had been changed to 8. I showed up at 8 with my dogs and, as I expected, the store was close as its supposed to open at 9. Nonetheless I kept on knocking on the door but there was no one inside and the lights were off. After waiting 30 minutes I called the store with the intent of leaving a voice mail and asking to reschedule. To my surprise someone answered and told me she could not take my dogs because we were late. I tried to explain that we had been waiting for 30 mins. She said I should have called. How am I supposed to know that if the store is closed I should call to ask someone to let me in? She offered to come out to talk with me but she would not accept the dogs. Why would I want to talk with her? I later called and asked for the manager. Some guy claimed to be the manager and he was argumentative, confrontational, antagonistic and adversarial. I said some things I shouldn't have said but his attitude was rude and confrontational from the moment he answered the phone. They arbitrarily and unilaterally change the time of my appointment. You arrive to the store on time and its closed. Somehow you are supposed to know to call the store and get someone to let you in. Then they refuse to take my dogs and have an attitude about it. I've been a loyal petco customer for 20 years. I am taking my business somewhere else

It seems to be short staffed which isn't their fault, honestly. The staff were friendly and they answered my questions!

If You Have Any Type Of Pet's I Would Advise You To Go To Petco

This Petco is small, it is not a full sized store. They do carry most items and if they don't have it they can order it. Don't let the size fool you the staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I go to pet o to pick up Kay tee honey sticks for my cockatiels weekly . They are never stocked up on this item. They place one package out a week . I need at least two packs weekly . So when I visit petco I’m usually walking in and walking out empty handed. The staff is always friendly. Please stick up with the Kay tee honey sticks for the bird section

It was a short visit and first time entering there. The prices are to high though and the service couldn't say much. Nobody asked if I needed any help.
