She is great with my dog but takes hours and hours.. She seems to be talking on the phone a great deal and wasting time. Then at the end of the grooming, She charged me $3000. Zbecause my doghad a few mats. Dumb broad.

Have been speaking with Brandi about finding a groomer for my 3 cats, and she has been so amazingly helpful. She doesn’t groom cats herself, but she has been bending over backwards to help me find someone to give my cats the TLC they need. 100% recommend

Brandi is an excellent groomer. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and their humans. She has recently assisted me, in finding a mobile groomer, that works on the westbank. I am handicapped, and can no longer drive my pup to get groomed. Thank you Brandi, ????

Hi Brandi, I was looking online for a groomer...NOT wanting to give you any rating, when inadvertently my finger pressed the stars...I have never had your services and sincerely apologize! I could NOT remove the error of the one star rating...I tried for 10 minutes and gave up! I have changed it to 5 to not hurt a business that I have not used. If you have the capability of removing it, go for it. I apologize, ???? sorry for any inconvenience.

Even after being groomed for multiple hours, my dogs still LOVED Brandi. It’s very obvious she loves dogs. Danielle is a great assistant and was excellent to schedule with.

Brandi went over and beyond and to try to help me with my fur baby that she couldn’t even groom due to size. She gave me OTHER business recommendations! I know if I ever have a smaller dog she will be the first I reach out to! Thanks so much!!!!

I am blown away! I contacted Brandi to inquire about getting my goldendoodles groomed, after seeing that she was highly recommended on my Nextdoor app. Unfortunately, they are a little out of the size range that she is able to handle. Nevertheless, she was gracious and kind enough to take the time to not only suggest other groomers, but also products and brushes that would help with their high maintenance coats, even going so far as to send pictures of the products! She went far beyond anything I expected with her suggestions and tips, even though I wouldn't be able to be a customer. She is clearly a very caring, kind person and I will definitely recommend her services to all of my friends with small dogs. Many thanks to you, Brandi!

They did a fabulous job with my standard poodle. The groomer was accommodating and kind and listened to everything that I wanted done for my pet.

If you love your babies, and treat them as such. THIS is the young lady you should have your baby groomed by. So unbelievably grateful to have found her. You don't come across someone who does such exceptional work, for such a good price, as well as having your baby taken care of with such empathy, genuine care, and diligence.. her work is just top notch. She literally is everything I've been looking for in a dog groomer. My dog was freaking smiling after his cut. He's usually distraught..and he has a trachea issue, which was NO issue for her or him(never happened like that before) I'm Beyond grateful for miss Brandi. I've brought my dog to just about every groomer you could imagine. None like this.. she's on another level. I still can't get over how exceptional her work is, on top of her making it so convenient, coming to you. WiLL have her cut my baby's hair, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.(will wait however long it takes)..because her work is 2nd to none. All 3 of the baby's will be done by her.. 15/10 WOULD recommend! Crazy how fast she got my boy in and done.. even with being so backed up with covid. Unbelievable. Be smart and hire the best dog groomer in the state of Louisiana. You will NOT be disappointed! I'm willing to bet..

Inquired about doing a puppy cut on my Pomeranian, and was met with a snarky response message trying to 'educate me' that only poodles get puppy cuts. That she was in the middle of dinner and didn't have her appointment book but couldn't take anymore uptown clients. I responded that in the 20 years of owning a pomeranian that was the first time I had ever heard that ONLY poodles get puppy cuts, and followed up with an 'educational link' so they knew what a puppy cut is and poodles are NOT the only dogs that get them. Glad it didn't work out. Definitely don't recommend seeing as though she doesn't know what a basic dog cut is.

Brandy was very responsive and gave me great recommendations. She was unable to groom my dog due to his size but was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction!

Felicia, our Dorkie, was never excited going to the groomer. Getting her nails done was particularly something she disliked. Brandi found that Felicia did not hold back and was not at all aggressive. Brandi is dedicated to her work. Because she’s so thorough, you can expect her taking a couple of hours to work on your dog. Worth every minute! This was our first time with Brandi and it won’t be our last.

Brandi did a great job on Walter. He’s never looked better.

My regular groomer was closed and needed Khloe, my maltipoo, groomed, she was severely matted. This worked perfect because they came to my house and they were right outside so we could see in the van the proceeds. The ladies were super patient and meticulous. Khloe looks adorable and I will definitely use them again.

We recently used Fur de Leash and my little muppets are now proper Yorkies. Brandi really took time and paid attention to me and my dogs. We’ve had some bad grooming experiences in the past but this may be one of the best we’ve had. My dogs look great and were happy after the visit, even went back up to Brandi for more pets and attention. Definitely recommend.

Only communicates via text and does not respond in a timely manner or at all. Texted to make an appointment and I was sent a link to book my dogs appointment. Received a confirmation text saying to confirm my appointment, which I did. When my appointment rolled around and no one showed, I called several times and texted asking if my appointment was still scheduled. Received an unprofessional text saying, “Not with me you don’t.” Definitely don’t recommend booking with this groomer. If they treat customers like this, I can’t imagine how they treat the pets.

She was so helpful and kind. She went over and beyond to help Us. The world needs more kind people like her.

My volpino is butchered, I asked for a trim, specifically said I want her hair to be trimmed only, and she is cut Short and tight! Also, it took her 4.5 hours to do the job, when I questioned her assistant she said I’m so sorry, she messed up Because Gia wouldn’t be still and had to cut her short to make it look better. However, my dog is 14 years old and gets groomed every 6-8 weeks, has her whole life and this hasn’t happened before, so this is definitely a groomer error and not dog! I do not recommend this girl and will never use again!

I am so glad I've met Brandi! She is so knowledgeable and passionate about her profession. She recently helped me out of the goodness of her heart without even knowing me and shared tips and products that would assist me in what I needed which took time out of her day. I know she uses the best products on her client's dogs and understands what would work best and why on each individual animal without looking for the cheapest thing. I'm happy to support her and her local, small business and would trust her with my fur babies.

I have a 5 month old Maltipoo and Brandi has groomed her 3 times now and I couldn’t be happier. My girls Loves her and I absolutely Love the way my girl looks and smells after she’s groomed.
