Fantastic place for Bellini’s first grooming and play day!

I’ve never used Pawlins prior so I was heavily dependent on the reviews. All the great reviews were spot on. I was completely satisfied with the service I received. The price was reasonable compared to others, Pawlins was professional and very responsive to calls and text. I have no complaints and will use them again in the future should the need arise. Would highly recommend.

Theodore (our dog) was nervous for his first boarding experience but Pawlins made it wonderful! He loved all the space for play group and the staff was very kind to him. He came back smelling great from his bath. We’re hoping he’s looking forward to his next visit!

Lulu loves pawlins! It provide good care for her when we are out of town. I extremely recommend pawlins for day care and broading. All stuffs loves dogs.

This place is wonderful! We were only in NOLA for a few days, and needed a place for our two standard poodles Penny and Georgia to stay while we were doing our (not dog friendly) day activities. Let me just say.. When we walked in we were completely awed. This place is beautiful and just grand! Staff were very nice and we greatly appreciated them fitting us in with such short notice. We were nervous leaving them at a new place, but our nerves were gone the second we walked into the facility. We are from GA and so wish there was a Pawlins near us! To whomever owns Pawlins- please open a location in Acworth GA if you ever have the chance! You would so be a hit here!

Dogs are well attended and the staff is very attentive and accommodating. Will return and do recommend.

I admit I haven't used their grooming services yet, but very impressed with River Road Vet attached to them. Wonderful helpful staff with great email/text follow up. Great location on River Road close to Causeway/Jefferson Hwy

I applied for a job as a manager. I was invited for a first interview in person. It was a very strange interview. I've been on other interviews before and they usually start off by telling me about the position and the organization. At this interview, they did not mention anything about the position and mainly asked me questions about experience with dogs. They didn't really ask me any questions about my managerial experience, which I thought was odd. But at the end of the interview, they invited me to shadow for an hour on another day. When I went back for the shadow, they put me outside to watch the dogs, and I ended up being there for an hour and a half, when I asked them if I was going to see any other part. When they brought me back in, they brought me to the employee locker room, where people were passing in and out, and asked me what my experience was like or there and if I liked watching the dogs and if I could see myself working there. I said yes and they asked me what my desired compensation was. I told them what was listed in the job description and then the lady said "oh I thought I told you, you're not being interviewed for that job. We filled that internally. We're interviewing you for this other job", one that high schoolers have and pays $11 an hour. They obviously never told me that I was interviewing for a totally different job than the one that I applied for. They made me waste time and would have made me stay outside longer with the dogs if I hadn't said anything. They didn't let me bring out my phone so I had no concept of time while I was out there, and I could have been out there for multiple hours. When I was outside, I was asking the team leader questions about training, managerial stuff, and the person was looking at me like I was stupid. When I explained that I was interviewing to be a manager, he looked really confused and I should have known that was a bad sign. But why would I ever think that I was interviewing for a job that was totally different than what I applied for? I have managerial experience and vet tech experience, so there's no reason why I would take an $11 an hour job as a doggy daycare assistant. It was a complete slap in the face and I had to just smile and laugh it off in front of them to not be rude. And the funny thing is, they ended it with saying that if I still wanted the job, the doggy daycare job, they would still be interviewing other people first before they made their decision about me. What a joke.

Gizmo had a great first time boarding experience. The staff was very attentive and I loved being able to check on him during the day with the live stream videos. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Marley's (bischon frise) first visit with Chelsea was an awesome experience. I spoke to her before his grooming and she seemed very knowledgeable, and she asked detailed questions . The process went smoothly and quick..I also love the teddy bear look on Marley she nailed it!!! Thanks!! We will be booking again????

My cats Willow and Saint spent a week and a half and had a great experience - they came back happy and healthy. I called twice to check in and both times I spoke to someone friendly who gave me a full rundown! I am very particular about pet care and want to ensure they are in safe hands. I recommend this place for your pet!! They will definitely be staying there again.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Staff is great! Services are top notch. Love the web cams for viewing. My pup comes home happy and tired from all his play and attention.

Cut my Pom pups hair with scissors! And did a beautiful job! For the best price in Nola! Under $50! Would absolutely recommend! Plus you have till 11:30am to drop off in the mornings! Excellent job all around

All the staff at Pawlins were so nice to me and pups, they came home tired but happy, and that's exactly what we needed. We'll definitely be bringing them back!!

First time at Pawlins and my dog truly enjoyed her time there. The staff was professional, courteous and truly answered any questions I had. We did half day daycare and a full groom appointment. My pup had a blast and looks great too! Andre did a fantastic job. We will be back for sure!

Arrived and meet some extremely friendly and happy team members to drop our Golden Doodle puppy off for grooming. Ashley was our groomer, and she did a fantastic job. Sadie can’t wait to go back to get herself another little bow for her hair!!

Our dog Ripley is a Belgian Malinois who needs loads of play and exercise. Pawlins does an excellent job! They know her well, the facility is clean and top notch. It is a little more expensive than the other doggy daycares around but their attentiveness to her is worth the extra few dollars. She comes home EXHAUSTED after a Pawlins day!

It was Leo’s first grooming at Pawlins but I have already booked his next one. Chelsea did a fantastic job with him.

I was comfortable leaving my dog there. Pawlins does an excellent job of watching the dogs. They are knowledgeable about how to put the compatible dogs in the playroom together. My dog will definitely stay there again.

I love the fact that I can fully trust Pawlins, and confidentiality count on them to take care of my little dog again. Everyone is so nice and helpful! Thank you Pawlins!!!
