I was referred to them for our fur baby we just purchased 2/12 weeks ago, and I really appreciate Our fur baby's amazing Doctor and professional staff and how they took care of our fur baby!And answered my concerns!!! Found this place because I was looking for a low cost vet. These people are AWESOME!! Took care of my baby so well, didn’t try to do unnecessary, costly tests and when I needed approval for my dogters heart worm medication they were on it so fast. When you call, they help immediately. I absolutely love this place a would recommend it over and over. I hate that I found them so late. ❤️

Keep the appointment on time

Staff was friendly and appointment was very fast. Facility was very clean and there's a parking lot. As it was my first time here since covid I wasn't aware that customers had to call to check-in when they arrive. Also there is a number on each parking lot which was impossible to see!! There is also a board sign at the front of the door stating this but it's also hard to miss. I think they should send check-in instructions as a text alert or on the app on the day on the appointment so new customers don't get confused.

Nice staff and quick service

They used to be good before the pandemic started, but now they are messy, inattentive, they don’t listen, I’ve got put on hold and hung up on several times on multiple occasions, they don’t update records or listen and then blame you for them not doing their jobs. They usually have very long waits as well. Last year when I took my dog here we got here 15 minutes early for his appointment and it took 3 hours for them to get him in. I guess good help is hard to find, good vets too. But I’m willing to give it another try. Definitely time to switch.

There is nothing y'all could do better! I am overly happy with the service every single time. Scheduling appointments is simple and employee's work to fit us in as soon as possible with attention to my own schedule. The drop off process is safe, well explained, and easy. The staff is always very friendly and seems to really care about my pet. I have no doubts about the quality of service received, and even as a financially struggling college student I am able to afford reliable medical care for my dear cat, Nova. Thank you all for everything you do! You truly make a difference.

Everything was great. Staff is efficient and friendly. Love love love Marisa! She’s super attentive and really easygoing. Low cost has been a godsend for someone like me who is on a budget. The level of care is exceptional and I am comfortable knowing my pets are well taken care of.

Very reasonably priced and the staff is always very friendly. I feel like they genuinely care for the animals and it's not all just a cash grab like a lot of other vets offices I've been to.

My foster Bella was spayed here. Staff real nice relaxing atmosphere. Doctor very nice professional Looks like a ????‍♂️ ???? ????‍♀️ surfer. It's the type of place I would like to work at Neighborhood I'd cute are lots of people with dogs.

So apparently they don't call you when your pet ready to go so call them every 30 min or they'll keep the animal in the cage all day long. And if you didn't know, a hole manager will add 25 dollars late fee. Not really low cost either. Pay little more for somewhere else if you love your pet!

I came to LCAMC because of one vet, Dr. Marisa Muniak. She is very knowledgeable and responsive to the needs of my dog and cats. She was a vet tech at my previous vet, and I am glad I "followed" her once she obtained her vet degree. I highly recommend her. The practice is busy, which is both good (it means they serve a big need) and bad (it can get stressful for my dog to be in the waiting room when it gets crowded, and I hope we can continue to wait outside until we are called).

Quick & compassionate Dr Nick and his staff fixed my Westie’s severe ear infection & reversed his hearing loss. Dog Percy and I are eternally grateful.

People on the phone are rude and unhelpful. ****THE WHAT???**** I DO NOT HAVE A DOG! I called you about a cat. With a very large growth on his ankle!!! The young lady on the phone kept giggling, I told her that was rude and she hung up on me. How dare you come on a public forum and try to put me/ anybody on blast!! You got cameras outside your business...how much you want to bet that whoever left a dog there was NOT me! Remove your comments. I don't need an apology from you. Do better!
