I love canine connection. We use the self wash option and they are very accommodating.

This is our go to spot for self washing the muddy, yet happy, dogs. The elevated tub is so much easier on my back and they have everything we need.

I love this place. My puppy loves it here. This is the only place I know that has a swimming pool for dogs. It's really a great thing for me to be able to bring my two dogs here in a comfortable setting to swim and make sure they feel comfortable. Especially, with the dogs days of summer heat coming. I hope one day to have a pool dog birthday party for my baby girl. Update: I was just informed the pool broke and is no longer available ????... tears.

I have been to Canine Connection several (probably 8-10) times. I have a 100-pound dog and like to use their self service dog wash. It’s convenient and there aren’t many in the city. However, one employee who is there every single time I go is so unprofessional and just downright rude. The set up of the place is: you drive up and they come outside to you. This allows them to completely ignore you if they choose to do so. The first time or two I was ignored, I thought it was an oversight. But then, after waiting and waiting in my car several more times, I watch this lady immediately come out to other cars the second they drive up and still completely ignore me. I have no idea what her problem is, but she needs to find another job.

Canine Connection is just the best. My pups have gone there regularly for 9 years and we all love it! Wonderful staff who give the furry visitors lots of love and excellent care. Highly recommend.

Almost as nice as a children's daycare! We've taken our dog here for boarding once and I love that they come out to greet the cars, making drop off super easy. The prices are reasonable and they have tons of space as well as grooming options. They have multiple rooms for different sized dogs and play levels. Our dog always comes home tired and they were really flexible about the length of time she needed to stay with the cancellation of parts of our travel plans. Their hours are really convenient and the staff is extremely welcoming. They also have a pool which I'm sure we'll take advantage of in the summer. They do a thorough vetting of all the dogs and put them through an interview process, which makes me feel better that they know the dogs that they look after. My only recommendation would be to update their website so you can book services online. They do a great job and we look forward to using their services again!

When my family was dropping me off for college and helping me move in, we had to board my dog because our friends couldn’t take care of him. At canine connection, there’s cameras in the play rooms so you can watch your dog play with other doggies over the internet. A worker came in and just picked up my dog because he was anxious about being left and started rocking him for like 30 minutes ???? so sweet

A large facility with lots of convenient day use amenities. The shop has nice stock, the DIY bath is so convenient and a great value, and probably the only place in the city that offers a swimming pool for dogs.

My dog has loved this place for 13 years. Excellent staff.

So far so good. I went to view there facilities last weekend to see if this could be a place to my pet now that we’ve moved to a new city. Today, I dropped him off after his “interview” for a few hours to see how he would do. The staff took the time to answer all our questions and concerns even though it was the same as the week before. My hubby went along this time, so he had a few questions as well. At the end, he got a report card saying that he did well. Very well organized and I like that there is always someone in the play area at all times,plus I’m able to check on him thru a webcam. I will be taking him back. ????????

I had an amazing experience with the staff here! I highly recommend for boarding (we didn't do play time this go round)

From my understanding this is a great place to leave your cat or dog as you go on vacation or whatever the reason may be.

My dog seems happy to go there and calm and happy when we pick him up. I was also assured that he would not be in a room with dogs over 35 lbs.

Amazing staff really takes care of the dogs. Always clean. Better features than any other boarding facility. I've never had an issue here
