I love Ark Animal. When my dog Tank was diagnosed with lymphoma Dr. Carrol was there every step of the way to help with whatever he could. When Tank passed away a month after finding out the office reached out. I recommend him to anyone and everyone that is looking for a good vet. I will not go anywhere else even if I move out of state. Thank y’all for the great service and the love y’all.

I absolutely love this place. All the veterinarians here are amazing and the staff is very friendly. Doctor Carroll is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend you to bring your fur babies to the Ark.

I love this hospital and staff so much. Two of my fur babies have had medical emergencies close within one another and Ark Animal Hospital took great care of them, right away. One of my babies needed an emergency procedure that every other hospital denied due to the timing and personal resources of their facility, but I called Ark and they had her in surgery the very next morning and done by that afternoon. They kept me updated on her profess and communicated everything with me in a way I would understand. They also answered all of my questions and provied excellent post surgery assistance regarding rx. Both babies are doing better than ever. I always look forward to visits with Ark. Always greeted with a smile, always timely, and professional. They also told me about their app and I love it! I love all the staff there, they are like Family

My first time there this morning. Staff were excellent extremely kind and helpful. Dr Landry and her nurse was absolutely wonderful. I finally found a veterinarian that took time with me and had patients with my yapping dog. Very clean. Was really happy with my visit.

Very detailed. Doc explained every thing to me. Then explained it to me like im 5 when i didnt get it. Even drew a diagram of my cats internals on the fly. They printed instructions on how to take care of my cats feeding tube, medication schedule, and feeding schedule. Bonus they had youtube search details for instructional videos. They ain't cheap but their service is definetly premium. All my animals are going here from now on.

This was our first time going there, we had 2 outdoor kittens and they did a wonderful job taking care of them. Very nice and friendly.

The staff are quick to help and we're really great with my cat. We're absolutely planning on sticking with them.

We have 3 animals that go here while our other one goes to a separate vet but I will be transferring her here soon! Their prices are also a lot better than a lot of other vets. We absolutely love this place and Dr. Landry is great! Highly recommended for anyone that needs a good and reliable vet.

The best animal doctors and staff I have ever taken my dogs too. Referred the arc to a friend of mine and she says the same thing so now she's taken her dogs there too

We are new clients to Ark. We came here because our rescue organization, Metairie Humane, suggested we go. I adopted from them and have been here 3 times. Even in the midst of COVID and not being able to go inside the facility, Dr. Robert actually calls you after the exam, explains everything, and tells you about your dog. My only issue was that on two appts they kept asking me about heart/flea preventative and didn’t enter it into the computer. I get this online for a lower price and feel that I shouldn’t have to keep explaining this every time. The checkout process is via telephone and even the clerk tries to sell this stuff even though i don’t need it. Other than that it seems like a great facility and I’m even contemplating changing my older dogs vet to Ark

Great place to take your fur baby been going for years. They are finally letting us go in with our pets, but you still have to wear a mask. (I guess they haven't read Fauchi's emails.)

I three dogs had been patience for 16 years. When I called for flea pills they demanded I bring my dog all three dogs in for treatment. My dogs were not sick. I feel like they were trying to overcharge me. Their prices are very expensive.

Just had to put my 14 year old dog (buddy) down and it was and still is heartbreaking. The people at Ark were so very compassionate and sympathetic. They are good people and will continue to use them. Thank you Ark for being so kind.

The staff are always courteous n professional

We have been loyal customers with Arc for 9 years and have always been happy with the Dr's & staff , during covid we brought in our latest rescue that is a calico kitten found with a broken pelvis & dislocated hip, they did a wonderful job with her & miracle is now apart of our family with 9 other rescues.So I was very surprised when I called to get flea medication & was informed by Katie that I would have to bring in EACH fur baby at $15 each before a script would even be considered, I explained that I never have had to do that in the past & that was a ridiculous considering I have 100% disabled husband at home & work a full time job!!!! If I had to bring in 9 fur babies individually my house would be infested before I could get them all there.Katie informed me with a cold tone this would be our only option,I truly felt like she was very insensitive, flat & uncaring towards my situation.I asked her to immediately sent all records to our e mail account & within 2 hours after calling another location & explaining our situation we were able to receive flea medication & immediate relief for our fur babies .Its sad because we have always loved & supported Arc , but will no longer be using there services due to Katie's disrespectful, cold, insensitive & uncaring attitude

ArK was so sweet. The helped us when our dog was sick. Sadly, she had to be put to sleep. It was a terrible outcome, but our vet at Ark was amazing. He was so empathetic and caring. Both him and the vet tech explained the procedure and and the vet even stayed and laid on the floor and held our dog as she passed. They were lovely and I can’t recommend them enough.

Boo boo had his nails clipped and they were clipped the best they had ever been. Ark is my new boarding place for my baby!
