Normally we never save a schnauzers eyebrows that's part of their look now if the dog moves a little we get a little bit short we have to match it up we do as much as we can to what the client wants you want me to put your dog and a horse haircut which we have been doing and I've got to save been doing a pretty good job if you didn't like it I wish you would have just called me back and let me know thank you Steven you neglected to tell us that you had two dogs you were bringing in and they were madded so bad it looks like it was years before they had had a haircut I could only do one short the other one I could not groom it at all it was too uncontrollable the matts was so tight you should be ashamed of yourself the dog should be taken away from you but yet you're going to bash me on Facebook for being a good groomer and not trying to do something I possibly couldn't do that needed a vet to take care of and not me

I brought my two senior Shih tzu dogs to this groomer recently. When making the appointment; I asked what their prices were for a full groom. They told me the price. I agreed. I asked if there would be any additional fees tacked on to the price. They said only if your dogs have fees as they would have to apply a special shampoo. Again, I agreed knowing my fur-kids were clean on flees. The whole reason I choose this groomer for the first time was our regular groomer had no appointments for a very long time. I read the reviews for Rhoda online which were pretty good. I was told when making their appointments that their groomers had a combined 80 years experience. We thought all of this sounds good. The day of the appointment I brought our fur-kids in and explained that one of my kids was matted a good bit and gave them the go ahead to cut him closer, but I didn't want to see any razor burn. I asked for puppy cut for the other. They said ok. I asked when they would be ready. They said they didn't know and would call me. I asked when they closed and was told when they leave (keep that statement in mind). After about an hour I got a phone call saying that Rhoda could not groom one of my kids - the one with the matting. She told me I had to take him to a Vet who also offer grooming services. I then get a call saying that my other fur-kid would be more money for the cut. I got another phone call saying that our fur-kids were ready. I said ok I would be over to get them later. I then get another call after about an hour saying our fur-kids were ready and they close at 2:30p. Keep in mind I asked when they closed and got a flip response saying when they leave. I go pick them up and expressed my disappointment in asking if they would charge extra for any reason and having been told no, only to have that very thing happen. They said when I'm not the groomer and thats the price. I looked at my one fur-kid and they were not at all groomed the way I asked. And my fir-kid with the most matt looked butchered. Clups of hair was missing without a full groom. We are very disappointed in the experience we had with this groomer. I dont like giving negative reviews, but do not being lied to even more. We will never return to this groomer. They did not do as they said by honoring their quoted price, they didn't provide the grooming service we agreed upon, and left one of my fur-kids looking buzzed in certain areas looking terrible. For all these reasons is why we are giving Rhoda a 1-star.

I don't know what happened to this place. It has become inconsistent. They completely cut off scnauzzer's eyebrows!!! I mean they are gone. I used to love this place Idk what happened.

I was shocked when I picked up my mini Aussie. They cut him very short even though I specified not to. The owner joked about the “Holocaust cut” before we got started, but I suppose it wasn’t a joke. The lady who cut his hair was sweet though, so they have that going for them.

Amazing experience. Called to make an appointment and was able to drop my westie off the same morning. Quick and excellent service. Serval other pups were ahead of mine and my pup was finished by lunch. She was washed, given a westie cut, and nails clipped. She looks amazing.

The staff and owner are very 100% awesome, one time I came in and didnt have enough money and rhonda the owner said I could bring back the cash the next time. I made sure to tip them well! Always impeccable service!

We are new to the neighborhood and werelooking for a groomer for our two Bichon's. We couldn't have made a better choice. We're very happy with out turn. Dogs look great, place was clean, service was not only friendly but informative keeping us posted on pickup time etc. I highly recommend Rhodas.
