My dog has gotten her hair cut here for 8 or 9 years? Sometime after her first couple cuts at a Petco and PetSmart that took all day and left her traumatized. Morgan’s flexible, always gets us in whenever I ask, uses text messaging (I’m lazy), and always uses whatever products are needed for whatever is going on with my dog at the time (itchy skin, etc.). I moved from the Irish Channel to Old Metairie five years ago and I still go out of my way to bring her here…this time we’re moving to Tampa - a bridge too far - and I’ll really miss KNOWING I have a groomer that loves my dog and treats her with kindness. Absolutely recommend her and actively do so to anyone looking for a great groomer (even if it’s out of your way :)).

Very rude and difficult to deal with and communicate with. My wife and I were both taken aback by the way she spoke to us and handled the situation. Never again.

How could anyone in their right mind rate this groomer anything but 5 golden stars!!! Thanks for alway returning my dog to me without cuts to her body! Thanks for caring for animals! Thanks for opening up a grooming place when I know my dogs will never be mishandled! Thanks for making them look sooooo PURTY!

She was wonderful. My Bichon Miles is always difficult to deal with in the grooming capacity. She somehow turned him into a well behaved, beautiful angel that we will be calling again.
