My experience at Petco was Great! Service was great. Friendly staff, they weren't very welcoming at first, but after a few minutes we were greeted by one young man, I don't remember his name, but his customer service was excellent! He made our visit even better.

Bought 50 live crickets... so I thought ... most were dead.

It was GREAT. They have a new reward program called "vital care" that will reward you and save you money. You can get free dog food. Who doesn't like free or saving money. I went from paying $89 for my big dog's bath to $52. I got the free dog food of my choice and 50% off on an outfit for her. Like I said great day

The staff is friendly here but I don’t care for my dog haircut today. It looks like it was a rush job and he wasn’t bathed properly. I had to go home and clean his eyes that still had dirt on it and trim around them

People, although nice, did not know much about fish! Went to 50 fathoms Behind Clearview Mall and was very pleasantly surprised at the knowledgeable staff

We visit the this Petco frequently for all of both our cat and dog's needs. Most recently we've been visiting for our puppy's training classes with Mrs. Sharon! She has been a HUGE help in helping us survive the stubbornness that is puppyhood! Out Ellinia went from being a crazy, stubborn pile of energy, to just a crazy pile of energy! Mrs. Sharon has been a big help in helping us to understand Ellinia's training, as well as helping Ellinia to understand it too. We just signed up for our second round of puppy classes, and can't wait to learn some new tricks. Thank you Mrs. Sharon!

Line moves slow. Over priced. Probably has what you need.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I visited days after Hurricane Ida so the inventory was being restocked. Because of this, I wasn't able to find everything I went in for but I was still able to place an order for the items I couldn't locate in store on the Petco app to pick up at the store in just a few days. That was fine because I'm the type who doesn't wait until I'm out of something before I replace it. The hours were shorter that day but the service was still great.
