They have always been there for me and my dog. Max, the Lab, enjoys the doggie hotel. I gladly bring my dog to Babbette and staff. Two thumbs up !

They took me in to see my cat that was so sick I was scared she was going to die if she didn't get help soon. They were such nice people and made me feel more at ease. I dropped her off at 8:30 AM and picked her up at 11:30 AM Thanksgiving Eve. She had an infection and was infested with fleas. She is a yr. old and stays in the house. She wanted to sleep in the bath tub(no water) for 2 nights and now she is more spoiled. She is more lovable and lays on me all the time. She didn't do that before. I just have to keep that once a month flea medicine on her to keep the fleas off. She bits but they said she was good for them. That makes me feel like she trust them. She came from feral parents. Thanks Dr. Fontenot and staff!!????????????????

I rescued a wild kitten from a farm and she ended up having a very rare condition called mammary gland hyperplasia. Needless to say I don't have a lot of money to spend on my own health care much less a free cat, but she had already made herself very special to me. A called alot of vets in the area and Bertrand Drive animal clinic had the best prices and quickest availability. Once she got in with them they were so sweet and helpful in all aspects of her care. I really felt like they wanted to help her and not just break my bank. From they're charges to finding a less expensive way to get the needed medication she had to have. I would recommend them to anybody who really loves their pets! I can't praise them enough. I have had seriously bad experiences with another local vet and I am switching my dogs to Bertrand also. Dr. Fontenot and all the staff really care about the animals and the people who love them!

Always friendly and amazing services. Keep up the great job. I have had 2 dogs that were patients at this facility and they treated my dogs like their own.

The staff here is great and they know my pups when I walk in. There prices are reasonable and I couldn't ask for more. Cliff Dog and Mama Sash give two paws way up.

Very professional,educating and caring for your pets

I've taken my pets here for many years and have no complaints. Also, they've been really helpful to us in providing care for random wounded strays we seem to keep finding. The most recent was a bloody cat that showed up in our yard. They shaved her wound and helped us set up a treatment plan. I love that they show consideration for both pets and strays.

They have always been fairly priced and best if all nice to me and my animals, and I don't mean my kids.????

Boarded dog at short notice. Dog was bathed and nails were trimmed. He came home fluffy, clean and in good spirits. Great price for great service.
