Really disappointed of the supposedly training the my dog recibe in this facility the person I talk promise so mooch whit no results

I apologize! I realized I reviewed the wrong place! That’s my mistake, so for that to show my sincere apology I want to give this place a 5 star rating especially that they dedicate part of their training solutions for police officers and their K9S! Please accept my sincere apology! What you guys are doing is great and thank you for that!

They took the time to teach me how to effectively use the prong collar with my German Shepherd to teach him structure and focus. They watched my Facebook video updates and critiqued my techniques and in 45 minutes my dog was completely different, stayed focused on me and stayed by my side stride for stride, never pulled me. These guys are the best trainers I've met and I highly recommend them!

So let me start off by saying that I just picked up my dog today and he's a brand NEW DOG! Titus, my 8 month old German Shepherd, went in to the training being very vocal, had an attitude, and at one point he was able to make Joseph believe that he was being rough on him. With that being said, Joseph was able to transform my dog into an obedient, well behaved, amazing dog that I'm proud to show off now. Thank you Joseph for keeping him an extra week when you didn't see him meeting your expectations, you went above and beyond for our dog!

I recently contacted this service about help with my German Shephard puppy, I am sure that Ryan is a capable trainer but his customer service skills on the phone left me shaking. He constantly referred to himself as the dog whisperer and insisted he was the only person in the world who knew anything about training a dog. i called for help and was made to feel like an idiot, when I tried to ask questions i was cut off to hear the dog whisperer talk again. I tried to share with him an experience I had with a previous dog that contradicted his theory that dogs have no ability to use human reasoning and he ended the call. The call left me feeling worse about myself as a dog owner and sad for the puppy I brought home because she has me for an owner.

Just want to say Thank You to our friend Joseph James at Professional K-9 Solutions for all his help with our 3 1/2 year old rescue GSD Bane. We have an enjoyable dog who is fun to be around! He is NOW also an inside dog, totally housebroken, kennel trained & follows commands. The difference is night & day so if you are looking for the perfect place to bring your dog weather he's a new young puppy, a rescue, an aggressive dog or one you've had for years Professional K-9 Solutions is the ONLY place I would recommend! I can not say enough about the staff here and the training my 3 mo old frenchie received!! He learned sit, come, place and down. Robin was especially helpful. I felt comfortable at the facility and they were all very professional. We will probably be back for the 3 week board and train program!! Thanks again!!!

Professional K9 Solutions did an amazing job with our lab Marley. We are completely stunned how well behaved she is now. She had no house manners and completely out of control on leash. Now we are able to enjoy our evening walks through the neighborhood with no problems. Her house manners are outstanding we can actually walk around house without her jumping or barking at us or even trying to relax. My daughter is beyond happy to have her back and able to enjoy her without being pushed down or Marley being over excited and crazy. Y’all have done wonders on Marley and I will definitely recommend y’all to anyone we know.

We started working with Joseph and Professional K9 while we were waiting on the arrival of our daughter. We were hoping to do a fine tune of some obidence with our malinois, Max. What we got is above and beyond what we ever could have hoped for. Joseph not only got Max back on track with his basic obiedence, he has gone above and beyond to continue working with Max in areas such as working dog competitions, scent tracking, bite work, and so much more ... which has given Max the stimulation he needs to be a happy and well balanced Malinois. I could not recommend Jospeh and everyone else at Professional K9 more.

Sophie came to Professional K9 Solutions with a wonderful loving personality but the rebellious behavior of a teenager (she being 11 months old). In other words, she obeyed when SHE wanted to and had her own agenda. She loved to go on walks but would pull on the leash the whole time and would be even more insistent if we passed a dog she wanted to befriend. And she wanted to befriend every dog! After her stay at Professional K9, Sophie is obedient most of the time and we have the tools to to redirect her towards obedience when she rebels. When we needed some additional advice, the staff at Professional K9 took my call immediately and talked me through the resolution to my difficulties. It was hard to be without Sophie for 3 weeks, but the end result is a more content dog (she knows what is expected of her) and happy owners.

Joseph helped my German shepherd be less fearful in public. She is a shy sweet girl who now actually likes trips to the vet. He did an amazing job teaching her door manners and basic commands. He is a talented trainer who loves animals and treats them only with the respect and care they deserve. Joseph, Robin, and Kevin are great people and trainers. They helped our high strung, anxious and aggressive terrier mix Kato to gain his own confidence. Their attention to detail is unmatched. We drove from Cypress, TX which is about 45 mins Northwest of Houston to get their help. Other dogs, doorbells, cyclists, and many other things used to control his emotions. That is not a pleasant life for any pet. Fear should never control you or your pet. Fear creates stress and stress leads to many problems, especially health issues. Thank you Professional K-9 Solutions for giving him and us the tools to improve Kato's quality of life. We highly you recommend that you invest in both you and your pet.

I drove Joseph crazy with all my text and he answered them with complete patients. I was so worried about my little man Tibie, who came home with all the problems I sent him there for now non-existent. I would highly recommend them. They Rock!!!
