Was hoping for a better experience.

I love this place! The people are wonderful and they take great care of my two pups. Scheduling is easy online and the rates are more than fair. I will always recommend them!

Great place, great staff. We use Pet Paradise for many occasions and feel like the dogs know the staff and enjoy they're stay there.

I had a similar yet negative experience when I boarded my dog almost a couple of weeks ago. I was frustrated that I had to wait to have my dog's health records looked over. She kind of was rude in response which I felt was somewhat unprofessional. When I picked up my dog, it seemed to me that someone was being trained and the the trainer just did not seem to care about her role which left me to wonder, are people happy working here and taking care of pets? This did not appear to be this way which makes me not want to take my dog here again.

I have thought a lot about this review over the last 2 weeks since picking up my dog from her first boarding experience. I had heard really good things about Pet Paradise and decided to give it a try. For the first 3 days, I had a good feeling about my dog's care. I received 2 Furever Connected report cards that contained pictures of her. It put me at ease that she was under great care. She stayed for 7 days and I did not hear any updates on the last 4 days of her being there. I was supposed to get 2 other Furever Connected report cards (I opted for every other day) and did not get them due to "inclement weather" aka a heat wave in the New Orleans area. I totally understand that it is hot but when I picked up my dog, I was told she was not taken out because the pavement outside was too hot and there was no covering for shade. In my opinion, if you are a facility that takes care of animals, you should have the necessary equipment to have the animals go outside at some point throughout the day. I find this incredibly frustrating that my dog did not get let out of her kennel at all for who knows how long of an amount of time. On top of all of this, my dog contracted Kennel Cough from staying here. This required 10 days of antibiotics and lots of sleepless nights due to my dog being in agony and nonstop coughing. I am unsure of if I will board my dog here again. I hope this review helps when it comes to your decision making when sending your precious babies away for good care.

Boarded my dog at this Pet Paradise while traveling on a cross country road trip. Customer service wasn’t the best, felt rushed and like they didn’t really want to help me. I also dropped off a bag of food for that night and the next morning and it was returned to me pretty much full so I’m really not sure they actually fed my dog while she was there! The bag should have been empty… not the best boarding experience and don’t think I would recommend or return.

This place and staff was amazing, it made me feel safe!

My 2 dogs seemed to love it. The staff was great and very helpful and understanding with all quesand concerns. The outdoor web cams were great to have a look and see how things were. Was a little disappointed that because of covid I couldn't go inside and maybe see where my girls were going to be. Otherwise it was great, and amazing that they do military discounts to honor our troops and veterans.

My family and I were leaving for vacation and had already dropped our dog off at Pet Paradise when they called and told us to come back and pick her up because one of her vaccines was up for renewal during her stay. Customer service is terrible. The employee was rude on the phone and didn't try to help with the situation in any way. All they would say was, "come pick up your dog." Our dog had been staying there for years and never been a problem, and she has always had her vaccines on time in the past. Needless to say we will not be using them again.

Pet Paradise is amazing. The manager Cheri is amazing and the staff is amazing too. They love my girl as if she were their own dog and she loves them right back. She is so excited to go there and LOVES the pool and it wasn’t until we unfortunately had to board her somewhere else that we realized just how great Pet Paradise really was and how little I worry when she is there because I trust them.

Our girl had a great time during her "get acquainted day". We love the ability to watch on the webcam, the staff was very friendly and we got a phone call during the day just to update us on how she was doing and a report card of her day when we picked her up. She was worn out when she got home. Already booked a weekend boarding with day camp. The building is clean and the check in and out process is simple. I have called them MANY times with questions and have received prompt, courteous, and professional assistance with each call. Very impressed and satisfied with our first use. Would recommend.

Love Pet Paradise! I'm always worried about leaving my dogs with other people, especially because one is an escape artist & wild. Lol. My dogs are always well taken care of though & the customer service is wonderful.

Absolutely fantastic service. The Pickle loves it here. 8/18/18 Another great stay here. Our dog loves it. Very attentive staff. 4/21/19 Another fantastic stay. This time they administered medication daily and did a great job. Highly recommend for boarding with animals who may need some extra care. 2/29/20 We boarded The Pickle for a week. She has been living on borrowed time for a few months. I am so unbelievably thankful for the care she was given at Pet Paradise. They administered her chemo meds and went above and beyond to make sure that she ate every day. Thank you to the whole team. We are so grateful.

Pet Paradise NOLA is hands down the best boarding facility I have ever taken my dog to!!! I have a job that takes me away sometimes months at a time, especially during COVID, and without hesitation the PP Team supported me in every way possible. I am thankful for them every day and there is nowhere else I would want my dog. All of them are so incredibly caring and loving towards her I feel like I’m boarding her with my own family!! Any pet you bring here will be incredibly well taken care of and have an absolute blast. Thank you for everything you do for me Pet Paradise!! ❤️
