awful since Dr. Stone is no longer there..had a appointment and forgot what it was for so I called to see what time my appointment was so I got the maybe 20mins later and they told me that the doctor was not coming in when the could have told me that when I called .

We’ve been going here for years with all of our dogs and there’s always a problem. We recently got a new puppy and was going to to get all of his shots and on one of his last appointments i brought my dog in and was told that Dr. French was not in yet and that they dont know when he was going to be in. I was told that they were going to call me when he does get in (this was at 11 am). I went to work and never received a call. I never got a call today either. Every time i go into there i have questions for Dr. French, but he seems so eager to get out of the room, it’s impossible to ask any questions. And some of the ladies in there are very rude. We brought our big dog in to get his nails clipped, but he unfortunately has to he sedated due to his bad anxiety. THEY DID NOT BELIEVE US! We tried to bring him in and he was pulling away very hard because he was scared and the lady told us to “just go outside” and then came back out and told us that he does need to be sedated, as we’ve already said to them. I really hope they get things under control and find some new staff. Its very unfortunate Dr. Stone retired. We’ve been seeing Dr. Stone since Veterans Vet Clinic.

I have been bringing my cats to Dr French at Cypress Animal Hospital over 15 years, and wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else. Dr French is so good with my kitties. They're pretty skittish around strangers and don't much like traveling but he always manages to keep them calm. He takes plenty of time to explain everything to me, and just seems to have a genuine love of cats. His staff is always friendly and helpful. I rarely have to wait long. And I love that they have a separate waiting area for dogs and cats. My cats are 11 and 16 years old and very healthy. I wouldn't even consider taking them anywhere else.

Great place for your fur babies needs. Love the staff their very nice and helpful.

Dr. French has been taking care of my family’s pets for over 30 years and I’m very grateful for him. Amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly and compassionate, and they stock a full lime of supplies and medical items. Dr. Stone is also great, I’ve seen him with Dr. French wasn’t available.

Excellent staff, and great vet.

I moved and went to another vet. That was a mistake. I will travel a little further to see Dr. French. The staff is great.

My dog has been taken care of by Dr. Stone since he was a puppy. I love the look into the eyes of every staff when they see my dog. Kind of like it’s theirs too. They are super friendly and completely understanding. An amazing story, I received HeartGuard for my dog when he was a year old. The package comes with 6 tablets. I received 2 extra heart guards when I first came into the clinic for some type of bundle. When I went to renew and buy more heart guard after 8 months, my dog had heart worms. The system only showed for 6 months, and I was going to come out of pocket for removing the worm. Dr. Stone took it upon himself to do the procedure, and I paid literally nothing for it. After that day, I kept coming because I felt they cared about my pet. They keep him healthy, and they make sure he is always treated the proper way. @aino_ceo

I've been bringing my family pets there for years and and the Doctors and staff are the greatest in the world. They treat my pets as if they were treating one of their.. I would not go anywhere else....

Simply awful. They did a biopsy on our dog, expensive, but she's our baby. When we called for the results we were told that it would be weeks before we could get them because the Dr went on vacation. We tried to get them to have another Dr give us the results and could not get them to do that. When we tried to get the records from them they wouldn't give them to us. The interaction we had with this vet clinic was a nightmare.

Dr. French is an amazing veterinarian. He has never steered us or our fur baby wrong!

Several things. We had an appointment and waited over an hour past our wait time and were still waiting. While in the wait room, we spoke with a dog owner whose dog has obvious demodex mange and allergies. The vet had been giving him cytopoint with no diet or environmental changes, and no actual treatment for the issue. While we were there, the vet came out, saw this dog with severe skin problems and was like "oh well just do the injection." The owner had to ask, timidly, if they could figure out the root of the problem to prevent it, and the vet was like yeah ok. It wasnt a priority for them. The desk staff was also pretty rude and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend going ANYWHERE else.

Dr. French is the best and always treats my cats like his own. The staff is very knowledgable.
