Dr. Starling saw my baby girl. She seemed to be thorough in her exam. Sent us home with meds. All of the staff was very caring and considerate of our feelings of worry about our baby girl.

Great staff! Very friendly, had to put my mom's dog down and the staff was so supportive and informative with all the questions we were asking? My mom took it hard and the doctor and staff felt her pain. I strongly recommend them.

The staff was very kind, and the doctor was genuinely concerned for my pet. He was a very genuine person from what I could tell. That's hard to find. And there were photos in the front lobby of all the staff members together at varies outings, as though they were a family. I love that, because it means that they more likely function like a family rather than a corporation. I was very pleased with my experience.

My Shar-Pei was in and out in no time. The staff handled all my questions and paperwork professionally and made everything easy for me to understand.

After just having moved here, I needed a vet pretty quick. My little guy was pretty miserable and I decided to bring him here after reading reviews. The ladies up front and in the back were super friendly and very thorough. They explained everything step by step and made the checking out process a breeze!!(for me that’s huge- I have a 70lb, 7 month old pitbull who is expected to be 140-150lbs full grown and I’m only 110lbs and he is TERRIFIED of vehicles so he has to be carried from the room) I’m glad we have found our forever vet????

Wow. I don't even have words for how great this vet is. In my eyes, Dr. Starling saved my babies life. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Even when Murphy was a bad patient due to pain, they treated him right. Now he is pain and abscess free thanks to Dr. Starling. We will definitely be using this vet again in the future. I'm beyond pleased. Thank you so much to Dr. Starling, the other vet who's name I cannot recall, and the techs and office staff that made sure my baby was well taken care of.

Best experience ever at a veterinarian

Veterinarians provide excellent care of our 2 dogs. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, people who love animals. Comforting experience on every visit.

Today was my second time to need veterinary assistance while traveling through Hattiesburg on a cross country trip. Both times we received amazing customer assistance, for both me and my dog. Today I’m giving a big shout out to Courtney for her coordination with my home vet, getting my dog taken care of and me back on the road.

The taste of the food is not for me

I just moved here and I am so happy with this Veterinary Clinic. The Vet is extremely thorough and caring and the the staff interacts so sweetly with my dog.

We moved to Hattiesburg about three months ago. We inspected three or four inside and out for kenneling. This was by far the best.

Very clean and good with pets

They are the best they're very understanding and comfort me when I had to have my little Daisy put the sleep. Dr Chapman and all the tect are super and professional. I love and miss my little sweetheart ????

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were very patient and saw our dog on Saturday at the last minute. We are new to the city and grateful they saw our dog and were able to put our fears at ease. Will definitely bring our other dogs there. When one of my dogs passed they were very compassionate and caring.

We have used Veterinary Associates since 2003. Moved in 2011 and now back. They are caring and professional.

Staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Chapman and all the techs are always kind & compassionate to both the animals and their humans. :) They seem try to start out with more conservative care if they can and take a less invasive approach if possible. I appreciate this greatly, as I have been to other clinics that try and oversell you. My pets' health are a priority and I appreciate a place that I can go to where they are honest with me and I don't feel taken advantage of.
