Amazing organization aimed to help with spay and neuters. As well as, low cost/affordable pet care. You must make an appointment online. The Dr.s and staff were super friendly even though they were extremely busy. Remember, they’re here to help the community.

Great place. Efficient, affordable, and caring. They have taken wonderful care of my cats and their covid precautions are effective and unobtrusive. No more filing out paperwork when you get there or waiting in the lobby. The info is gathered when you place the appointment and you get to chill in your car until they text you. It took us like 5-10 minutes in total.

My best friend takes her beautiful puppy here and I’ve had nothing but good dealing with them. I say this because we would come down here together and bring good girl to see them and I miss good girl very much . You see I was here daddy for first year of her life and her owner and I had a fallen out so I don’t get to see her anymore. But I got myself I new dog and if something goes wrong this is where he will go. Staff is friendly and they seem to care for the animals . I don’t think I have many pics of good girl left on my phone but I’m uploading pics of my little Odie. He’s taken her place well not really nothing can replace the bonds you have with certain animals. But in summary I hope by coming here you can make as many nice memories as I did. I did find one of good girl so I put it with Odie’s pics.

Brought my fur baby to them for the 1st time here recently and the staff were all sweet and very helpful! Considering how the pandemic has them limited to there operations, but they r still working in a very timely manner and the way they have thing's set up is easy.. so Thank you to all the great employees at Southern Pines pet clinic!

Very friendly and wonderful with pets. They are also affordable and they offer packages that makes your pets care budget friendly. I have a American Bully and I know at times she can be rather hyper . She went inside and of course wanted to give everyone kisses and play ; they were so patient with her even though they were busy. They did their best to keep her still ,and give her the proper care she needed .

This facility promotes healthy animal care. I called about a stray cat. I am highly allergic, have aggressive dogs, wanted to surrender. I offered to get said cat nuetered and set up for rehoming. Was told that community cats can’t be rehabilitated so I basically was responsible. Aren’t we all in for pet rehabilitation? You failed.

Adopted a dog from their shelter two weeks ago. She couldn’t be spayed before I got her because she had an upper respiratory infection, which isn’t their fault. Though it was required that I bring her back to them for her surgery, since I live out of town it was an all day deal. She was required to be there between 7:45-8:45am. I arrived at 8:30, but they didn’t even get her from until 9:10. I had to leave her all day at the clinic until 4 pm to allow anesthesia to wear off, but when I picked her up she had just gotten out of surgery an hour or so prior to me getting her because the clinic had done 70 surgeries in one day! My dog was given no pain meds and her incision looks very messy and rushed. If it is required for me to get my dog’s surgery at your clinic I expect nothing but greatness because I have another vet closer to home that I trust with my pets. NOT RECOMMEND

Seriously, please avoid this clinic if you have the option. I adopted a dog last week who was required to be spayed at this clinic before I could bring her home. They did not wash her before the surgery and she was very gross from living in the shelter for a week. Her incision was ragged and hastily glued together. They did not give her enough pain meds, and I had to pay extra for what little they gave me. I took her to my home vet two days later who put her on additional pain meds and antibiotics. The dog was still so restless and uncomfortable after 4 days that she ripped off her e-collar and opened the wound. Since her site was infected and poorly sutured, the wound opened easily and was quite frankly one of the most horrific and gruesome scenes I have ever witnessed. I have now paid thousands for emergency surgery to save this baby’s life and I’m still not sure if she will make it. I firmly believe that this nightmare is the result of the poor care she received at this clinic.

Adopted out a dog that had parvo to me. It was so sick when I picked it up I thought it would die on the 2 hour ride home. I immediately to it to the emergency vet in my town. She had to be put to sleep. At least she was loved for 3 whole hours. Everyone of those workers should be charged with felony animal abuse. Now every dog in that shelter has been exposed to parvo along with all the dogs at the spay neuter clinic she was in Hattiesburg. They should all be charged will felony animal abuse as well. This is far from over.

I've taken my pets to this clinic for several years for spay and neuters. I did have an issue once where both females I took got very red at their surgery site. The next visit everything went ok, so I continued using them. This last time I used them it was a special $30 neuter, and I had someone who was caring for the pet take, pick up and pay. She was overcharged $20 but didn't notice until she got home and found medication in the bag. She did not approve of the medication. The employee who called her said she did, and that she approved of the price. The caretaker emphatically said this was not the case. The clinic did offer us back our $20, but would not take back the meds. I didn't think it was right to keep the meds and not pay for them so I told them that wasn't a solution. On top of this they claimed the cat had a condition my vet had just cleared him of, AND they were told 3 times verbally, and 3 times on forms that he was just treated for it. With the same medication. Bottom line: I liked the special price for the neuter, but I will not be taking my pets back to a place where the employees cannot be trusted with gaining our consent for medication and payment - and then say they did. Or where medical professionals and staff will not take the time to read my pet's file.

I usually have fast good service but today was horrible! My dog's appointment was for 12,I arrived at 11:54 no one came to check my dog in until 12:33. She went in and was back out 2mins later...only for them to tell me the shots my dog needed well they were out of it...and she only received her rabies shot. So I waited over 30mins for something that took 2mins and for me to be told my dog couldn't be updated on shots because they were out of it. Oh yeah I had to wait an additional ten mins for my certificate.
