They were fantastic! I have 2 Bichons and they look adorable.

Trimmed two large dogs and they came out great.

Took great care of my moms dog dixon. He looks like a million bucks !!!!! Very happy with grooming cottage. I will be back.

Use to bring my Collies to petsmart, now I come here. The ladies here do a fantastic job and reasonably priced, easy to get an appointment too! They really go the extra mile here.

This place is the best! If you are looking for boarding or grooming I highly recommend. Personal care, reasonable prices, very responsive are some of the ways they excel!

I took my dog there 2 times. After the 2nd time, he did not want to get out the car, once I got him out the car, he didnt want to go in the place. He got real stiff, and would not budge. That was his way of telling me something was definitely not right with this place. He no longer goes there.

I wouldn't dream of taking my furbaby anywhere else. ????????????????

If anyone is thinking about working here I suggest you DON’T! She threatened to hit me and threw a binder at my coworker the day we got “fired” because we confronted her about everything. It is a very negative environment and all the owner does is talk bad about the employees, when we do everything for her, just so she can go get her nails, or hair done every 2 weeks in the middle of the day. Or when she scratches the rim to her car and wants to hide it from her boyfriend, so she leaves work to go get it fixed. She is verbally abusive and says so many bad things to you to the point where you don’t want to come to work anymore. You should NEVER have to feel unsafe at work. She doesn’t allow her employees to be friends either. She is also very rough and impatient with dogs who aren’t normally groomed. Her boyfriend also threatened to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to take us down if we told people about this because it could “ruin” her business. With the way she treats her clients and employees, she has already ruined it herself.

Facility is messy , unclean. they shaved a,cyst off poor dog and has open wound. do u think that hurt?. did not notify me until I came in. no explanation, no I'm sorry, no refund. And did not follow up with a call to ask how dog was. doing

Great service good prices and easy to get an appointment they have groomed my Great Dane, Lab, and Yorkie no complaints

These people really are dog lovers.

My dog is pretty friendly but he did not want to stay at this place. The groomer was rude and asked me “What do you want?!” when I arrived, which should have been my clue to just walk out. My dog’s hair was cut way too short and he was barking to get out of that place. Once was enough for us.

I brought my 2 small dogs in to get their nails cut. Quick friendly and great prices will definitely be using them again and would recommend.

The absolute best staff! They care about your pets whether grooming or boarding. Will not send my pets anywhere else.

Love the ladies at Grooming Cottage. They take such good care of my puppy, even though she hates baths! I also find them to be reasonably priced. Call a day or two ahead to secure your spot.

I am giving this groomer a 2 because although the staff was awesome, they were not very experienced or professional. I specifically told them not to cut my dogs tail fur. When I get there my baby has no fur on her tail! I was told it was to matted to save. One of the ladies said, “ sorry we should have called you you before doing it.” Yes Lady you should have! So, I call BS due to her tail is always matter and no other groomer has cut off the fur. So, although the price was nice, you get what you pay for.

Ms Lynette and her staff has ALWAYS taken care of my fur baby! I found Grooming cottage through a friend cuz the place I USED to go to obviously had something going on cuz my baby boy wouldn't get out of the car then if we got him out, he'd shake! NEVER had anything like that since finding Grooming cottage (In Harahan/River Ridge)

Took my dog the for a bath she came out limping never went back. She was clean I don't really know if was the dog fault she was limping or there fault. My dog is a German Shepherd so she may have gave them a hard time.

They have the cutest animals! Loved the service I received!
