Very nice people. Took great care of their customers. Only one exam room though and a little crowded.

We absolutely LOVE this place! The vets and the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. They'll treat you and your animals like you matter. They're very understanding and accommodating and actually listen to you and your animal's needs. I have a dog who hates vets (because of the previous place we went to) and they were willing to work with us to help her get over her fear and didn't rush us in and out. So awesome! Absolutely recommend ????

Bill keeps going up, going up, going up. Instead of explaining charges as for what they are doing before being done, they just tell you what they need to do without telling you there will be a charge.... and they charge for everything. I originally had 2 stars but the response is everything but adequate. The estimates were lowballed. The procedures were supposedly pre-approved by my wife or it has to be done or (no alternatives) ie: quick kill for heartworms which was estimated at around $8-$1400. Another vet (second opinion) knew about the slow kill way less expensive. An ear "yeast infection" that had to be done could have been treated with over the counter yeast infection medicine. Your office had already done the yeast infection treatment before you called. Goodluck in the future. Pearl is adjusted fine.

The staff at Companion Animal Hospital are always nice, caring, and professional; the environment is always clean. Furthermore, the staff is very knowledgeable. My husband and I have been taking our fur babies to Companion Animal Hospital since 2012 and will continue to do so.

Had an incident with my dog at 5:20pm and I was atleast 30min away. They close at 6pm and my dog is not a current patient there. They waited for us to arrive, did surgery, kept her overnight and called me that night to assure me she did well...all this during COVID-19. So very grateful. Wonderful care and professional staff.

Great facility!! Very compassionate. Reasonably priced. Gave me a list of what had to be done, what needed to be done, and what could wait. As a person with a budget that was super helpful to me!!

Took care of my Baby Bear (which is a cat, not a bear) with care and expertise. I was able to get everything we needed done without breaking our bank account. Definitely will return soon with our now pregnant cat, the reason Bear had to see the doctor, for evaluation.

The employees are great above all the doctors are fantastic

My normal boarder was booked so I called companion Animal they made accommodations for my sweet Blackey and kept him in a room with A/c since hes an inside dog. Hes terrified of bad weather and they even let him stay up front a little bit to make him comfortable. They took wonderful care of my baby and I will definitely use them again.

Great vet in Hammond. We bring our rescue dogs from HOPE to transport to CT. Always friendly. Never have to wait. Charges are also reasonable.
