They were able to take my sick Kitty in within an hour and treated both of us respectfully. The course of medication brought her back to health within a few days. The price was shocking, but I've never had a sick cat before, so maybe that's typical? They called to check on us and were very clear with the care directions. Convenient and very clean.

Dr. Pfister has taken excellent care of our aunt's cats. That is not easy considering that one of them is very antisocial!! She (the cat) does not give them any trouble. That tells me that she is very happy with her (the cat) care.

I first brought my dog in to see Dr. Pfister early April due to skin and ear issues, due to the Covid virus I was not able to go inside. Allie met me outside, she listened to my concerns and was very comforting. Shortly after my dog was brought in Dr. Pfister called me to go over everything that was going on, he also was so comforting and very helpful! Allie brought my dog back out to me, went over everything very throughly that i needed to do for the follow up care, and even answered additional questions I had regarding my dog’s weight. After leaving I even called with a few follow up questions and my worries were eased within seconds. The last few days I was noticing my dog and cat were scratching more than usual, woke up Monday morning and I was bitten all over by fleas (the dog must have gotten them from our recent camping trip) I called up Cypress Point and made an appointment for the dog to get a bath, and I just wanted my cat to be checked out as she is 13 and I have never given her a bath, I was unsure how stressed she would be through that. They understood my concerns and agreed with me, would wait on the cat bath until after they saw her first. I dropped both my fur babies off at 7am this morning, and Allie again was the one that came to get them outside. I told her again how worried i was about my cat being older and she assured me was in good hands. Not even 45 minutes later I got a call that my cat check up, shot AND bath went GREAT! They said she was not stress and due to fleas she definitely needed the bath. When I picked up my fur babies at the end of the day, Allie again brought them outside to me and just as I knew she was so awesome going over everything with me, told me she was the one to actually bathe my cat and that it went well. All of my follow up questions were answered , told me how the other workers were loving on my babies not only did and I leave with 2 happy, healthy pets, but I left with just an amazing feeling that this Vet clinic loves my animals as much as I do!! Thank you Allie for always going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable!!! The little things truly meant so much to me.

Been going here for almost 2 years, but not anymore. My dog scrambles to the other side of the car when arriving as I try to get her out and I should have read her signs. The groomer is awesome, but it is an all day affair from 9-4 and I swear they don’t let them out to “go” or drink water all day long based on my dogs behavior as soon as we got home- Every.single.time! Recently she started coughing like never before the very next day after groom so I took her back in for Kennel cough. The Dr. was very dismissive and condescending when I suggested she caught it from being there while groomed as She was perfectly fine before & is never around any other animals. Too many other vets in Mandeville to risk going back here! Find another vet!

Dr. Clay is very experienced! One Vet wanted to cut my poodle's leg off because he couldn't pop her hip into place. Dr. Clay popped it in & taped her up and she was fine till she passed away. He is the best Veterinarian!

Unfortunately had to visit in order to put down my mother in law's dog. However, the staff and doctor took a horrible situation, and made it much easier than it otherwise would have been. Made sure her fur baby was not in any pain and passed peacefully. They were very comforting to us and we appreciate their kindness very much.

Dr is a little dry

All are friendly caring animal lovers. Dr Phister is a good vet that loves animals. Vet tech is great with animals, groomer is great with animals and knows the different dog grooming styles. She even does the coloring for fur babies. If you haven't tried this clinic, you should.

Everyone is very friendly. It is the only place our Springer Spaniel will allow to groom him and grind his nails. The vets are very good as well.

Helped us with both our dog and cat. They were kind, informative, and even sent us a card when our cat passed. He walks you through every step of the plan of treatment and includes you in every decision. I would never take my pets anywhere else but here.

Cypress Point Animal Hospital has provided spectacular care to my animals for over ten years. Dr. Pfister is an amazing and dedicated veterinarian. His staff is friendly and hard-working, and their fees are very reasonable. As every pet owner knows, the joy of owning a pet is also accompanied by the pain of losing one. Dr. Pfister and his staff were very compassionate, understanding, and consoling when I lost my elderly dog last year. They worked tirelessly to keep him alive just so that I could be prepared when the time came to let him go. I am forever grateful for that. More recently, my new puppy required major emergency surgery. Dr. Pfister performed the procedure on a Saturday afternoon. He personally called me Saturday night and Sunday morning to inform me of the pup's condition, and to reassure me that the pup was going to be fine. Their commitment to animals is unsurpassed (and the $10.00 baths are the best deal in town!!).

These guys/gals here are amazing. The staff really cares for the animals that come in, grooming is always just how we like it for our three dogs. We recently went on vacation and had to board our pups and something came up with one of our dogs and they assessed what needed done and did it, called us and let us know (we had already talked with them and said if anything happens just take care of them and let us know asap) and kept us informed about what was happening while we were away. Really great care for our dogs.
