Had to bring my fur baby to have surgery,they just scooped him up took him in the back didn't explain nothing to me,same thing happened when I picked him up that evening they handed him to me and just walked away,10 days later I bring him back for his checkup they didn't allow me to even be in the room with him while they were removing his stitches I diffently had questions to ask and spoke up and said so,the vet came out in the waiting room and did answer all my questions.I felt like they just rushed me in and out like a heard of cattle.my fur baby is like my CHILD I didn't feel the care or compassion for him like it should have been

Minnie had a checkup this morning and the ladies were absolutely wonderful with her as always! They informed us she will be a new Mommy???? Always a breath of fresh air on our visits ????

We were pleased with our Holly's care. The doctor was very informative in exactly what was happening and what to expect and the staff was very caring and helpful.

I was amazed at how smoothly, professionally, accurately and pleasant the whole experience was! From initial phone call asking many questions to pickup after surgery. Every person was knowledgeable and pleasant, the incision is beautiful! Now I know why so many people recommended your facility. If I were not moving out of state I would change to you as my permanent veterinary clinic. Kudos and many thanks to everyone at the clinic.

If you’re looking for a pet, this is definitely the place to go! You’ll be saving an animals life by adopting them. And the experience from day one of the adoption, to my pets 1 year check up has been OUTSTANDING!! The staff and Dr’s are so friendly and willing to listen to any concerns you might have about your pet. Who knows…. Might be adopting another pet from them one day.

I appreciate what they do. However I went there to look for my missing cat and they had me sit for 30 minutes only to then ask to see a picture of her and tell me "she's not here "

I have been loyal to NHS’ Community Vet Clinic for over 5 years now. Ever since my switch from Petsmart’s Banfield Vet Hospital Wellness Program, I have found myself saving more money on the proper care for all my beloved pets. From lack of judgment of your financial status to expressive positive body language given to all pets that walk or run (lol) through their Clinic’s door: I do know that my pets are in good hands. No clinic is PERFECT; but in my experience with NHS: if you express your concern or bring up an issue: they will promptly compromise and/or fix the problem ASAP. Their haste to fix issues does show how much they care to not cause a burnt bridge effect with a client. (P.S. Ask for Dr. Z! She’s my favorite! - & The Vet Tech: Jerri is OUTSTANDING! - based on personal experiences, not excluding those staff members who do truly care and love all animals that come through their door!)

I love this place and they take good care of my kitties; Milo and Chevy.

Everyone there is so nice. Brought my kitty who was having breathing trouble. Vet and everyone there were wonderful.

Great pet clinic for animals n less money as well

We have been with this Vet for almost 20 years. They helped our pets acclimate when we moved from California and have helped lay them to rest. They continue to care for each new addition to our fur family from a 5 week old train wreck of a kitten to a 17 year old best friend in her last days. They are a member of our family and a major part of the entire community. I drive 25 miles to bring my babies to them because, well the 5 stars say it all!! Thank you Northshore and everyone of your staff.
