Took fantastic care of my baby kitten who went in for surgery.. even checked on her the next day, and they are not our vet.

Have had no communication with vet over the last year of bringing dogs there. One dog is 13 and I fear she may be in heart failure and they wouldn’t bother trying to work her into schedule sooner. Receptionist is not compassionate at all. This place has become very cold.

If you want your one of the family pet the best care possible, you need to come here, they are incredible, they go the extra mile, as one who is himself has been self employed for over 36 years now, I know someone who gives their all and respects there furry customers

Wonderful doctors and techs, treated my kitty with great care. 3 stars because the owner will not invest in dental radiograph software to get full dental examinations, therefore unable to fully treat my cat’s dental disease. I hope that this review helps get the equipment they need.

Recently switched to Claiborne Hill for my cat who has quite a few health issues. They have been extremely helpful and the bill is never as much as I expect it to be seeing as I also purchase special food and meds for my little guy. Not even a month after our first appointment my cat is so much more comfortable with his new treatments and diet. I cannot be more thrilled with our experiences there so far!

Our dog was diagnosed with a rare disease, and Dr. Fayard was quick to get him the best treatment. They always remember him when he comes in and help make him comfortable. They know their stuff, they are incredibly accommodating, and so helpful and personable. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my dog's treatment.

We have been with them for alot of years and within past 2 years their level and quality of service has went down. Call Saturday which was only Ssturday I had and will have for a while to get comfortis for my dogs. Was told to order from their online store so I did. I then get an email Monday saying 3 of the for dogs medicine I could not get. I had to call the vet and they then told me that we had to bring 3 of the dogs in before they would prescribe the meds. Piss poor service as they should have told us Saturday were we could have brought them in or atleast on Monday give us a call. Their service has went to the TOILET!!!!

This was the vet that we used when I was a little girl for our cat and since moving back they're the same great service from then to now. I was really pleased with my experience with regard to my dog. Dr. Vinterella was really good about breaking down the issues, why she was switching the meds, and the medicated wash that she thought would best suit my dog. Overall, I'm definitely pleased that I chose to come back.
