My go to place for fish questions. I’m sure they are knowledgeable about the reptiles and the birds as well but I know if I have a fish question I can definitely go and they will have all the answers. Also it’s a good little getaway if you want to just bring the kids to check everything out!

Wonderful and friendly staff. I'm told their inventory will have a larger choice soon. I'll be shopping there when they are fully stocked.

Needed a last minute appointment for two of my older cats who needed immediate attention right before a holiday weekend and they fit me in and gave my cats great attention. Will be going back when I have more time to shop the store, looks like they had high quality products there. Very impressed with the vet and tech who went above and beyond the call to also clip my fussy cat's toenails.

This is the only place when i pick up my dogs they dont seemed scared.

They have an excellent selection and are the only place around that I know of that stocks Fromm's pet food. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's the only place we board our two dogs if we have to.

They no longer carry small animal supplies, but great place for dog or cat needs.

The visit was to take advantage of their low cost rabies vaccination day and the tech was pleasant and helpful with my two large dogs. We didn't wait long for the vet, and she gave them both a quick but thorough general exam before giving the rabies vaccinations. She (the vet) took the time to chat about dogs to learn about her patients. Plus she and I had a very good discussion that I appreciated. I and my oversized fur babies will be back for future vet care needs. Thank you!

Dr. Saylor is a lovely person and very professional, as is the staff at this storefront facility offering pet supplies and grooming along with vet services.

Took my cocker spaniel for grooming and the staff all were very friendly.

They have an amazing vet service with affordable prices. Everyone is always very nice and helpful.

I made an appointment a few days ago and this morning the groomers bathed my 2 dogs right away. Take into consideration that this was my individual experience, but we were in and out in about 30-45 minutes, and that includes paperwork because I was a new customer. I was able to stand by my dogs and comfort them (because for some reason this morning they decided to act like they had never been groomed before in their lives.) The groomers were very friendly, but still professional which is very important to me.

FInally found an exotics vet that wasnt 3 hours away. Dr. Saylor and her staff are wonderful and caring. We have a follow up appt next week, and we will see how it goes!
