Bad experience my dog passed away got absolutely no help from the Vet that took care of her for years. Had to sit with her watching her die for a whole day until got help from another Vet 24 hrs later. Whomever I spoke to on the phone needs to learn how to be compassionate and express sympathy for someone experiencing a crisis. All I got from the girl was " what do you want me to do about it"

They handled my kittens neutors great! No issues! Very kind caring 0eopke!

Excellent, compassionate care. Dr. Rose truly took the time to understand our 16 year-old cat's chronic health condition and offered a variety of treatment options. It's been a week since our visit and she's responding well to the medication and dietary modifications prescribed by Dr. Rose. The cost of the visit and medications was very reasonable, and all the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Same day appointment, answered all my questions, very friendly and knowledgeable. Wish they had an onsite capability to analyze for a bladder infection, so I did not need to return the next day for meds.

Dr. Rose, Bernice, and Christina are truly the best. Your pet is well cared for here. Highly recommended.

They are very nice, very professional and prices are very reasonable

They got us in on a holiday and caught some health issues with our cat that other places missed or overlooked. We are very happy with Dr. Rose he is very knowledgeable and I feel like our little guy is in good hands.

I've been going here for years way before these new vets got there I was 9 minutes late to my appointment and they would not give my dog he's shots LOST MY BUSINESS!!!!

Bernice and Dr. Rose are amazing they are so helpful and knowledgeable. My cat had surgery and they even gave me an after hours phone number to call if anything emergent happened over night. I have never had a vet be this attentive to the needs of my pet. I will continue to bring my cat here from the Westbank because of the level and quality of the care!

Great service with a very knowledgeable staff. I love the team of veterinarians here. Everyone was nice from the front desk to the docs on discharge. Also prices are very fair and this clinic is very easy to get to. I highly recommend it.

First let me say, the Dr and tech were great. They were very helpful, understanding, and empathetic. Also, the Dr was very knowledgeable and articulated his diagnosis and prognosis very well. I'm very happy with the staff there even tho the news about my baby wasn't what I wanted to hear. Was mentally and financially devastating, but it was sincere truth. I really felt like they cared about my kitty's wellbeing. I would definitely recommend Paris Road Animal Hospital.

I were in town visiting family and my dog was running and slipped on the wet concrete and managed to hurt all 4 limbs. They took care of my baby right away and the price was a lot cheaper than I expected from the veterinary places back home. They called the next day to follow up and offered before I could even ask for them to send the paper work of what happened to my dogs vet back home.

I've been coming here for years with multiple animals. They have had a few different vets over the years but the service and staff have always been caring and competent.

Good doctor but just recently had to put down my Pomeranian his name was Frankie, I love that little dog little ankle biter.
