Never Again.! I brought my puppy in to get his nails groomed, he came out bleeding all over the place on his feet ! Blood was dripping all over my jeans ! I went back into the facility to make them aware ! All they could do was say he will be okay ! I wasn’t giving a discount or offered a refund ? It’s not okay for customers to pay for your mistake .! I sent him to be token care of ! Not to come out HURT bleeding all over the place ! I will be contacting someone for my refund .!

One of the best places I’ve EVER went for my pets’ exams. I came in today last minute, but with the help of Becka & the rest of the staff, they were able to fit me into the schedule today. The whole staff went absolutely above and beyond. They answered all of my questions, and they took care of all of my concerns. They were able to give my fur babies the best care out there. When I first came in, I had every intention on paying every bit of an arm & leg. To my surprise, I left out with all of my limbs & I didn’t even make a burn in my pocket book. Thrive is so affordable & the staff is absolutely phenomenal with their help & knowledge. I no longer dread taking my babies to the vet, but instead i now look forward to it because I know Thrive is going to do everything in their power to make them better. Thank you so much Becka & staff @ the Perkins location. I truly am grateful & appreciative for everything you all did for me & my babies today. You all are the BEST!

Dr. Greene was fantastic and personable!! The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Our Baine isnt always the friendliest w/ other doggos but they were really good about getting him safely into his exam room! I knew we were in the right place when the 1st thing Dr. Greene did was sit right on the floor and start interacting with our big guy!!

Dr. Jessica King was absolutely wonderful! The vet techs were super sweet and treated my dog with love! I have a hard time trusting vets with my baby girl but I am extremely thankful with the vet and vet techs. They worked with me on picking the best treatment for my girl along with still keeping it affordable for me as I am a college student. I will be back for sure! They are my new vet and I highly recommend them!

I had an interesting journey as a new puppy owner trying to find a vet in the not quite post pandemic world. I had a hard time finding anyone who had openings in our small town. I finally called Thrive on a whim to scope it out. I booked an appointment and was instantly sold! The vet and vet tech we see are amazing. They are so understanding and explain things to me so well. They also love my puppy and are so good to him. I won’t consider going anywhere else now and have recommended them to all of my friends. To top it all off, everything is incredibly affordable. I pay $10 a month to be a Thrive+ member and it’s completely worth it.

My Lola is very afraid of people. I was worried they would not see her because she screams to the top of her lungs when strangers come near her. They were very patient and understanding and gave my baby Lola great care. 2 thumbs up.

I love everything about the service quality and the reliability of THRIVE. I just moved to Baton Rouge, and a coworker recommended them to me. The people they have on staff are informative and patient. They always give me a pricing so I can determine what will best suit me at the time. Since then, my cat has her own "bank account" and I continue to be a customer here and I do pay the $10 monthly fee so she gets discounts on her nail trimmings! I want to know what else I can do besides RAVE about THRIVE.

Took my precious kitten here to get her kitten shots package! This place is really affordable when it comes down to prices! I have saved over $100 on my first doctor visit! Please make sure to bring your own pet carrier because if not then, you would have to purchase an inexpensive one!

Dr. Greene was so communicable and receptive to all of my concerns when I brought in my sick beagle. My beagle has been a Thrive patient for 3 years now, but this is the first time I’ve ever had to bring him in for anything beyond annual exams/vaccinations. The first thing Dr. Greene did when he entered the exam room, was sat down on the floor and started loving on my beagle, establishing a connection. From there he performed a thorough physical exam, making sure to give extra attention to the areas of concern. Next he gave me lots of feedback, thoroughly addressed my concerns, and provided me with multiple resources In the event my dog’s condition worsens or becomes emergent. I appreciate that rather than jumping to conclusions and wanting to run all sorts of tests & X-rays, Dr. Greene suggested a more fiscally conservative approach to treat my fur baby while not sacrificing the quality of his care. I am so gracious for the treatment we received today!

They were the sweetest !! My dog was uncomfortable with it just being him and the vet in there so they called me and asked me to come in with him. (They do drop off due to Covid rn) but as soon as they noticed he was nervous and upset they called me. Loved them. 100% will be going back.
