My friend’s dog came back with kennel cough and the issue was never addressed.

I really love using Petsuites for my boarding needs. The staff are wonderful and love my cats! I always feel at ease leaving them there knowing they will be taken care of and that the facility is really nice and clean! We love you Petsuites!

My dog returned home with kennel cough. This is a very awful thing for a dog to go through. In all our years of having dogs boarded I have never ever had one return with kennel cough. While they seem great in every other aspect, it takes a while for a kennel to rid of kennel cough germs. They should know this. I would have appreciated a heads up as I could have boarded elsewhere and used them later on. He had his bordatella vaccine.

The staff at Petsuites are wonderful! The only thing lacking there is the ability to login and see your pet playing. Hopefully they will have that SOON!

TL;DR They took care of my reactive nut and I don't know what I'll do without them. I adopted my small ball of crazy in Baton Rouge. He is people reactive, especially towards men, and dog reactive to small dogs. When it came time to go to work, I selected Petsuites to take care of him because I knew I needed him to be watched for a while on two occaisions, ending after 7, and this was the only daycare I found in the area that could accomodate those times with (not that I knew this was necessary at the beginning) a dayboarding option where he can chill in his own space. He is... difficult, and had the potential to be difficult with them, but everyone worked hard to give me updates on his progress with people, and managed his whole situation super well. When it came time to board him while I took a trip I rested easy knowing they had his back. The staff made sure he was as comfortable as possible while he was there and helped him warm up (at least towards the ladies) over the course of the year. Now, as I scramble to find petsitters or a dog walker willing to work with his nutty self in a new city, I miss the staff already!

PetSuites saved the day for us when they were able to board my cat at the last minute while making preparations for Hurricane Ida. They are one of a few boarding places in Baton Rouge that has a generator. Their facility is really nice, clean and spacious. The pricing is about average compared to other boarding places (for cats, not sure about dogs). They were also able to extend my cat's reservation at the last minute after the hurricane passed and we were left with so much to clean up! They communicate promptly over text messaging, which is so convenient!

Our pups always love seeing their friends at the Pet Suites on Perkins in Baton Rouge. The only sad part if that sometimes I think they wished our trips were longer so they could play with their furry friends a little longer

we left our cat over why you guys journey evacuation with my family in order to go to texas for a couple of days due the hurricane but after getting pictures and being confident that he was in good care i felt all the more secure matt my only real complaint is that i got more pictures

I love PetSuites. The staff are always so patient and kind, especially Giovanna, when making boarding appointments over the phone. I appreciate the love and care they give my dogs every stay!

. I honestly don’t like that there are no cameras. I like the convenience of texting the staff. The staff listened to my concerns of my big boy, his allergies. He stayed for 4 days, 3 nights as his first time being away from home/boarding. He’s not a 24/7 kennel dog. I was afraid because he’s a 140 pound Cane Corso, that the staff would be scared and intimidated. However, they showed love for my big boy. Once I checked him out, I’ve noticed kennel cough and testicles were chaffing as if he were stuck laying in his urine. I will not consider bringing him back for boarding unless it’s my last option. Overall, I give my experience a 3/5.

Poor communication and service!! Returning customer - Called for a reservation and they took all our information and said they were confirming. Later when we called back to check on the reservation they told us they were booked, and denied ever telling us otherwise. Just wish they would have told us from the start.

PetSuites is the Best place to board your fur baby. They not only put up with my annoying daily texts checking on him, they sent me pictures and responded in minutes every single time. Their staff is wonderful with the pets and they absolutely love your fur baby just as much as you. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great place that will not leave you broke. Thank you so much for taking Zeus in and loving him so much❤❤❤ He will definitely be back.

I was in Baton Rouge for a total of 4 months during the pandemic and my labradoodle, Burreaux went to doggy daycare pretty much every day. He LOVED his time at Petsuites and the staff is so kind and you could tell they loved him right back. I wish I could bring this exact doggy daycare back with me to Atlanta! Highly recommended! Thank you to all the staff for everything!

We brought our corgi and our Catahoula cur for grooming. Our corgi is an adoptee and has aggression issues, so we couldn't clip his nails or trim paw pad fur. They said he was wonderful, and he came out smelling fresh and looking oh so fine!! They did forget to trim one paw, but all else was wonderful. My poor Catahoula, who has since passed, was old. They called to tell me she wouldn't leave the kennel and was anxious, then explained they wouldn't do anything because they didn't want to stress and agitate her. Even though she wasn't groomed, the staff was incredibly considerate and thoughtful about her, and allowed me to enter the back so I could carry out to the car.

Great customer service! My dog is always excited as soon as we pull up to their driveway. They show a lot of love and care for every pet and customer. My dog can call this place home because we're not going anywhere!

They don’t know how to handle a dog.... they waste my time.

Daycare has been a life saver for us! On days we know we're going to be working late, we don't have to worry about our dog not getting enough exercise and being too energetic when we sit in on evening meetings. Our pup also loves going so much that he will start crying with excitement when we get in the parking lot and is almost too excited to get his collar on once we're in the lobby.

Was very nervous about leaving my four legged child with anyone for 10 days. And I couldn’t have picked a better place! She clearly was well taken care of, loved on, played with. Always got text updates and pickup was seamless!

I am so happy I found PetSuites. I was in a tough situation when my work asked me to move out to Baton Rouge in a tight timeline. Due to the timeline I was put in a hotel until I found a place. Since my dogs where raised in a home environment they were not used to all the noises sharing walls can bring. Needless to say I received some complaints from them barking but luckily PetSuites had room for my two dogs to join day care. They love the place. They are able to get the attention they need on a daily basis whether I am at work or trying to find a more permanent solution for us to stay in. I can't say enough great things about the staff. Everyone I have talked to there has been extremely friendly and seems to enjoy their job. Thank you so much!!!

I have been bringing my fur baby, Saint, to day play for a few months now. While everyone is always so friendly, I am so grateful for Ally! She is so sweet and her go-lucky personality is contagious. Not to mention, my sweet pup loves her.

This place is absolutely amazing and life saver. We are regulars at the houston location and we traveled to Baton Rouge to visit some family. We stopped at 2 parks and both were closed do to covid. We spotted PetSuites and gave them a call. Who was excited to take our pet for the day play, since we had paperwork on file at another location. The Houston location sent our paperwork over within minutes of calling and we got to spend the whole day with family without having to worry our pup! The people here were just like the houston office, super friendly and welcoming. I couldn't be more happy with our visit and now we know for future trips our pup will enjoy her day being active and being well taken care of. Thank you everyone for all you do!!!

My pooch was one happy pup when he returned home after his day at Pet Suites. He's absolutely adorable with his beautiful cut Rhonda gave him. I will definitely be back!
