Never had any problems. Staff is helpful. They're very knowledgeable about products but not so much about the animals.

Nice selections of everything you may need for your dog. Found a really nice Kong harness in stock. Prices are similar to what you find online - no brainier.

Great customer service! My vet is having a difficult time getting the Rx food I need for my cat, and I was almost out. PetSmart had it in stock! Kaitlin assisted me on the phone and helped me find it in the store. So thankful for her help!

I love sandelle at the grooming dept. She gets 5 stars but the store itself... Always a huge line... Only one cashier ever. All the time Yall do not enforce the MASK MANDATE. Also... Managers should not let aggressive dogs inside.
