Jessica groomed my baby to perfection! Everyone was so so friendly. It was my 1st time at this location but I will now be making it my primary location.

The people who were working were very helpful. I was greeted when I first walked in, attention was given to my puppy and store associates helped me find what I needed.

The staff at this Petco were very friendly and helpful. Above all, they were able to answer all my questions. Long story short, I left with a new budgie.

Everything in the store was very organized and the customer service was great.

I come here quite often for general supplies and always have pleasant interactions with the staff, but the animal care is always so disappointing. Ferret feces piled so high I could smell it a few feet away, filthy rodent cages and fish tanks (not to mention the dead fish), wrong lighting & temperature in nearly every reptile/amphibian enclosure with chronically dry or incorrect substrate, mirrors and rope toys in the bird cages, completely incorrectly labeled animals, I could go on. I understand it’s just a chain store and these employees are likely underpaid and getting through the day, but the subpar care is heart breaking.

Nightmare at Petco on Perkins Road!! My Fur Baby was brought out to me still wet, scalped patchy, with strings of hair hanging from his ears, man parts, feet, and over his eyes. His butt area was irritated from the cut, leaving him scratching and rubbing it on something all day. Groomers, Destiny and Brittany (grooming manager) claim he was not compliant and they could not complete the service but still wanted to charge me. I still can’t understand why his experience was this aweful as he has been groomed successfully many times in the past. It is obvious they lack the knowledge, skills, compassion and patience needed to work with dogs. Highly disappointed and upset!!! If he was so bad, they should have never begun they scalping the left him with! BEWARE of VISCOUS DOG GROOMERS!!

The grooming salon for this location is top of the line! All the groomers there are very kind and professional. Every time my dogs come home they are very happy and look fantastic. They all love to see Bryttany the most!

The service is horrible at this location only. Because I have went to the store on siegen lane and loved there service..friendly, helpful, patient with your animals. This petco on Perkins was pulling my dog so hard and ruff when I walked inn. I can only imagine what she was doing him when I left him there. He was shaking when he was giving to me. I disliked their attitude and they weren't friendly to my baby(dog) at all!! I was with vital care and loved it. But looks like I have to give petsmart a try now ????

Their website says to call to schedule an appointment for cat grooming. When called, was told they don’t do that service at all and to find a vet. Misleading and false advertising. This is cat discrimination. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude.
