Did everything she's supposed to do the dog came back looking good

I can't say enough good about the Bleu Dog. I know my pup is always treated well and perfect trim everytime. I drive over 30 minutes and it is worth every minute!! Thank you!

Called in around 8am asking if they had availability for today to bathe my eight month standard poodle, and the woman on the phone said yes, but only if I come in before 9. I headed over as soon as we hung up and when I got there I let her know that I was the one who she just spoke with on the phone. Immediately she looked at my VERY fluffy poodle and began to give me attitude, in a very harsh tone that took me back to be honest. She complained how it would take way too long and that I needed to shave him completely. She talked about him being matted, which made no sense because I brush him everyday (he loves to be pampered). I was hesitant to shave him because I loved his fluffy look and only wanted him bathed, but I trusted her as a professional and got him shaved anyways. When I came back to pick up my Ralphie, I asked how he did and she immediately said “very bad” and continued on about how he was all over the place and badly trained. I asked her where a good place to go would be and she gave me attitude with that too. The service totaled $100 and I gave her a $20 tip for all her trouble. When I got home, I realized that my pup was bleeding everywhere and he seemed traumatized. The cut was so uneven and bad on his legs and in all honesty I don’t care HOW hyper he might have been, he never should have suffered physically from it. I will NEVER go back to this place again, and I advise anyone else who cares about their dog to stay away as well. Customer service? Terrible. Grooming Service? Even worst. Save yourself the time, money, and heartache. My poor dog is in pain.

Trish is a wonderful breeder. I have obtained two cats that are loved by the whole family. I have also used Trish as a groomer for our cats and our dogs. Our animals love the pampered bath treatment. Would recommend Trish to anyone!

Absolutely the best place to take your animals, she is always professional and amazing to our animals making sure their needs are taken care of . Had my dog groomed and kept over weekend.. when we got him back his eye was crusty and he won’t open it. When asked the owner Trish not only got defensive but also changed her story several times yelled at me then hung up on me. Can not believe that after using her for several years for grooming only that she would neglect him while having him over weekend with no explanation as to what happen to him. Terrible customer service and neglect/abuse to my fur baby. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I brought my dog, purebred Yorkie, in the other day and they were so sweet to her. The price was great and they made sure to give her the pampering she needed. Over the last 10 years I’ve been struggling to groom my sweet babies but they made this 10x easier for me. Drop off and pickup was simple too!!! Totally worth the money paid. Give them a try, it’s worth it!!!

Trish truly loves the animals and takes every effort to make them comfortable throughout the grooming. She pays attention to details! My little one looks great.

Love this place, Trish is the best groomer. I have had. I have two rescue , a schnauzer who recently passed away, and a rat terrier who is very nervous, she is scared of the blow dryer, so Trish purchased some sham clothes to dry her. She and her staff are awesome!!!!!

If you like your groomer to talk poorly about your Golden-Doodle or any other specialty breed. Then she is your groomer. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE HER A PENNY OF MY MONEY.

My Wife and I have our cat bathed and groomed about every two to three weeks at The Bleu Dog Spa. Ms. Trish is the BEST!! Always takes great care of our little furball!! We very highly recommend this establishment to everyone!!!!

Called for short notice appointment and she got me in same day! Shaved my lab no cuts or anything, she came out smelling great and even had a little bandana around her neck.

We love the Blue Dog Spa! They love our 18 yr. old baby Houston take great care of him when he is there.

Awful service. Waste of $75. Called & made an appointment, spoke with a person. I went there to drop him off & they told me we didn't have an appointment. I then told them I wanted him cut short. They not only SHAVED him to the skin, but they nicked him a few times, cut his eyelashes AND cut his whiskers off. And he still has patches of hair that are uncut. His nails are also cracked up from Bleu Dog "clipping" them. And now he freaks every time I try to pet him near his ears. I don't know what they could have done to make him so skittish, but I know one thing; I'd never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My fur baby loves going. Trish is excellent with the animals and is extremely eager you aide in any situation. I wouldn’t allow my baby to go to anyone other than Trish. Highly recommend Bleu Salon Spa to anyone.

Excellent customer service! The establishment was clean and smelled nice. I was very well pleased with how well my puppy was groomed. He was nervous at first, but warmed up to her very quickly. Great prices, I will be a returning customer.
