I sent my mom here with her new dog, the sweetest American Bully you will ever meet. First of all as a veterinary office I would expect for the staff to know the difference between an American Bully and a Pitbull. As well as, if you are scared of a particular breed to say that before you perform services. My mom is a new dog owner of a breed who already has a bad reputation. He wouldn’t hurt a fly and I wish they were treated better and not like he was a threat.

Dr. Mike and ALL of his staff are always caring, friendly, and helpful. They genuinely care about our pets.

Dr. Mike is the sweetest vet you'll ever meet! And Dr. Amy is very nice as well. The staff always greets you with a smile and are always very professional. This is the only vet I have ever taken my fur babies to, and I believe we took our first kitten to Dr. Mike in 2007 so that makes 14 years now. Wow, how time flies. I would recommend them to all my friends and family members if they asked for a good vet.

Dr. Mike Stacy has been my fur babies vet for over 13 years. He has a great bedside manner with animal owners as well as pets. He is very thorough, professional, and explains everything. I would recommend to anyone to see him. He provides excellent care.

O'Neal Lane Pet Hospital is the best. I been taking my Dog here since She been a puppy. Now it's 6 years later and She is still coming here. At O'Neal Pet Hospital they make sure everything is OK with Kia when She go they check out everything on Her. I also told a Family Member about O'Neal Lane Pet Hospital and She took Her Dog and She Loved going here. If anyone looking for somewhere to take there Pet please bring them to O'Neal Lane Pet Hospital they are the BEST!!!

Years ago when my first dog was only a puppy we used a very expensive vet because I was new to the area and didn’t know any better. We happened to move right around the corner from O’Neal Pet Hospital so decided to give them a try and I’m so glad we did! The prices are so reasonable, the staff is amazing, and my pups are always well taken care of! Plus, with the added option of the curbside pickup/drop off, it makes it possible for me to bring all three of our dogs by myself when my husband works. I know this may be inconvenient for the staff to come out to the car, but the staff’s attitude never changes when they do, so I greatly appreciate that as well as EVERYTHING else Dr. Amy & Dr. Mike have done for our dogs over the years. Even if we move away, we will continue to come back!!

What's not to like! Great Vets, great staff, great care yet reasonably priced. They make you feel like part of the family.

Drs. Stacey and James and their staff have been taking wonderful care of our pets for over 21 years. They were there for us, with boarding, medical support, TLC for both our pets and for us when we needed it during the 2016 flood (even camping out in their clinic to care for the animals while flood waters were still swirling around in the vicinity!), and during this pandemic, they were a godsend with their ability to keep us going with our 21-year-old cat and her life-sustaining meds. Dr. Stacey made a personal call with advice as to what to do for her end-of-life care, which we really appreciated. The doctors and staff alike have always been professional, friendly, thorough, attentive to the needs of our pets, and all of this despite the huge problems of the year 2020! They were accommodating in any way possible--the setting up of the Covetrus website for ordering medicines and supplies was an excellent resource, and the doctors and staff quickly established it to meet their patients' needs. Our most recent visit for an annual exam and vaccines for our cat got off without a hitch--it was perfect, as they followed their careful pandemic-era protocol. Dr. James' call afterwards to say our fur baby was in good health was the icing on the cake! I can't say enough nice things about these people: They are stellar as human beings as well as professionals!

I take my two poodles to O’Neal Lane Pet Hospital. I love the service and everyone is kind and understanding. My pups are part of my family, so it matters how they are treated as well. Henry and Hazel (the poodles) alway seem happy after visiting with the vet. I feel like they receive excellent care and the bill is always fair. The vet explains everything in a manner which is easily understood. I’m so glad I found this vet.

Dr Mike is always concerned and listens to you about your pet. He gives you the best approach to whatever problem your pet has. Just love his staff. They are always so friendly.

I just rescued one that was in really bad shape and the veterinarian immediately knew what was wrong with her and the necessary treatment to get her healthy again! Been using Dr. Mike for 11 years. He is the BEST!!

Brought my chi in because was having a mucus diarrhea with blood was given prescription food, a tube of something to help with diarrhea and an antibiotic . 3 weeks later we're back with the same problem and received the same diagnosis and same medication. If they would have done asimple x-ray and blood work they would have found out that my fur baby has cancer on one kidney, cyst on the other an enlarged liver, enlarged stomach and is dying. This could've been done on the first visit, but not even the second and over $400 later. 5 weeks now and we're at LSU to find out all this information and $700. Thanks for nothing.

I will not use another veterinarian unless it’s after hours. O’Neal Pet Hospital is amazing! I moved from out of state years ago and was recommended to them and it’s easy to see why. The kind and attentive staff make every visit wonderful. I’ve unfortunately had to put down some fur family members over the years and the kindness and compassion is unmeasurable. I’m truly grateful for O’Neal Pet Hospital because I know my fur babies are in excellent hands and always receive the highest level of care. Thank y’all so much for all you do.
