These folks are great; they always have your pets best interest in mind and they give a range of options for treatment. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs!

Back in early July our boy stopped eating and drinking water so we made an appointment with Old Hammond. El Chappo was very sick and Dr. Liz feared he would not make it but with praying and Dr. Liz and her staff he pulled through and back to his normal over active self...... This vet is the BEST hands down makes you feel important and like you are the only patient that's just how much time they put into you and your pet!!!!! Dr. Liz you are GOD sent!!!

I love this veterinarian! There isn't anyone else in baton rouge I trust the health of my puppy with more!

Had a spay scheduled for my rescue pup. They assured me they would call ahead of time to remind me of my scheduled appointment and pre operation procedures. Not only did they fail to contact me, they contacted the shelter instead to let them know of my missed appointment because it was a breach in the adoption contract. I heard from the shelter before I heard from my own veterinarian.There were multiple smaller matters that I was able to overlook, but this matter cannot be ignored. I will not be using them in the future and do not recommend them.

My dogs are never happy to go to the vets office but they don't seem to mind as much here. They seem more comfortable as am I with the down to earth friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Dr. Liz Eastin is one of the reasons I decided to become a vet. Having worked for several clinics around Baton Rouge, I can honestly say that she shows compassion that most are lacking. She genuinely loves her job and it shows. She works harder than anyone else I have worked for, and she still donates time and resources to several rescue groups. @Angela, sorry you didn't like working at the clinic, but reviews are about customer experiences and satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the business--not disgruntled employees venting about their former employer.

I went here as a first time pet owner and had a great experience! They were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I asked about a zillion questions and they happily answered them all and gave me lots of tips. Much, much better than other vet experiences my family has had here in BR. There is a very home-y atmosphere here and I will absolutely be coming back.
