They don't do appointments so it's just walk in and wait your turn. They helped my puppies with allergies and were patient with how nervous one of my dogs were.

Shady. I called twice about heartworm treatment and the lady ensured me that dr Phillips would give me a call. I waited a week and called back to be lied to again. Also about a year ago I was given a price for medicine after a visit over the phone and went to go pick it up & they increased it causing me to waste my gas and time. I will not be coming back. Very unprofessional

My poor Beaker got sick all of a sudden. They cared for him, and gave me daily updates on his condition. When the time came to put him down, they were the most compassionate people. They prayed with us.

I Love these guys. They grew up in the Goodwood area. Carl is my favorite only becuz I been going to him for years.. He is so knowledgeable, down home, the kindest, pricing is so reasonable. I would match Carl to Dr Pol. They take care of all the K-9 dogs and also took care of the CHS Bear mascot years ago. # 1 fan

I don't see any reason you would not be treated very well by friendly and caring staff. They all offer solutions when asked about certain situations but they are not trying to push a double-sided triple dip flea collar over on you with a price tag of 300% markup that's not what they do. They're actually a doctor for animals so if you care about your cat or dog amongst other things why not give them a chance I know they've been dealing with my pets on and off for 43 years running.

I’m on my second dog as a patient of Helouin’s. My first was Simon and he would jump out the car to get inside! He never wanted to leave. Now after loosing a dog to surgery complications at another vet. There was only one place I wanted to bring my newest puppy Lulu. I trust this place so much I drive over an hour to get there. They’re not only the best care, but also the best price. I don’t write reviews often but this place has earned a spot in my family. My family members even bring their Golden Retriever (Waylon) there too, and when Helouin’s was mentioned, we spent an hour talking about our mutual appreciation. Thanks to the amazing staff who have provided my animals with years of love!

I usually have emergencies with my pets and they see me right on the spot no appointment necessary. Even if I don't have an emergency I can still bring them in right then sometimes I'm late before closing hours but they still see my manimal

It was my first time going to helouin i was nervous at first. But, instantly I was greeted with wonderful people. It was such a great experience. I'm definitely making helouin my veterinarian. For my rotties.

Can't find a better Doctor

I purchased my miniature schnauzer in December and three weeks later it was time for his vaccinations. I chose Helouin because of the proximity to home and the beautiful reviews. We did have a long wait in the car but it was so worth it. Dr. Carl was gentle and thorough with my puppy. This was my second visit to a vet because I didn't feel comfortable with the other one. We've found our veterinarian home here at Helouin. Romee loved all the cuddles and snacks.
