Recently moved to BR and I'm so glad we found Capital Heights Vet Clinic. From the initial call to our first appointment, every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming, and they did a fabulous job to calm my anxious pup! Dr. Lori was so informative and easy to talk to! Highly recommend!

Didn't really care about my cat. Wasn't concerned about adhering to post op instructions. Told me I was wrong when I read the instructions to them, verbatim. They had to check with the dr since it was before a holiday weekend and dr was gone already. Never got back to me. Let my cat suffer over the long weekend. When I expressed concern about this treatment the next Monday, I was brushed off and told it wasn't important. They did give me the meds i paid for, finally, but it was after he needed them. I will never let them touch my cat again.

This is the best vet care. My pets, a dog and a cat, were given annual exams and vaccinations and vaccinations. I was update while out of town and even sent pictures and videos of my fur babies. Dr Taylor and her staff care about the patients and their owners. This is a responsibly run vet.

I’ve been bringing my animals to Dr. Taylor for years. She and her amazing team have gone above and beyond for every visit, test, etc. They were with me when it was finally time to say goodbye to my first cat. They were professional, respectful, and so compassionate. I can never thank them enough for that. Do your pets a favor and go see them!!

Brought this guy in for a check-up to find out about eating problems. You were so good to fit me in, since I didn't have an appointment.

Expensive but they treat our pets with love, respect and give the utmost care! You get what you pay for here and you will likely not regret it.

Dr. Taylor and her staff provide personal, professional service to my two dogs. Sometimes when I'm just there to pick up medication Dr. Taylor will stop to speak to me and will even answer a simple question I have about my 15 yr.old dog who always has some issues going on. Also this isn't a franchise vet hospital. I've had to use one of those before and I never had the same vet twice.

I was so happy when I found this office here in BR. The doctors and staff all very helpful and show that they truly have an interest in my pets healthcare. The service is both affordable and quick, I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait longer than 5-10 mins to be seen. Would recommend to everyone.
