I had to have my dog put to sleep due to cancer. It was after hours on a Friday night. The vet tech and the vet Dr were very professional and compassionate. They treated my dog and I w compassion and respect. As hard as it was they made it easier. They have my recommendation. Good people.

They absolutely take advantage of people in emergencies and try to charge them as much as possible when it’s a life or death situation for your pet. It breaks my heart to see that.

I am forever greatful for Dr. Theriot & staff❣ My Honey Bee was like my 3rd child. The level of concern, compassion, and honesty during my Honey Bee's darkest hour was unwavering. I did not expect to take her in for preceived respiratory issue & have to say goodbye forever ????. Thank you for being such incredible human beings ????????

Me an wife brought our house dog trapper in last nite/morning he got jumped on by a bigger dog. We called crossroads bout him told them how long it be till we get there . they told us everything we need to have before we get there. We arrived the nurse was at the door waitin on his she took trapper right in to see the Dr. The Dr explain everything to us in detail wat we was lookin at. She did ALL she could do for him.. She was very compassion to us an trapper. An they are not the ppl to break u bank. She will work wit u... Thanks doc an nurse.

I got home from work to find my puppies face swollen real bad. I took him in and the Vet and his staff was waiting for us. He gave my Cooper a good exam and the medication he needed. I only wish my doctor had the same bed side manner. I would definitely recommend Dr. Theriot.

Way over priced. But they know folks love they're babies enough to pay whatever it takes.

A bad experience with another dog was the only the beginning... Everyone was closed but crossroads clear across the globe it seemed and they jumped into action. It was a bad outcome but they did all they could for the grief... And really cared... Unusual to say the least for these days... He's in a better place after 16yrs

Can’t say enough about the kindness of service when I had to have my 15 year old Mercy dog put to sleep. They could have, but did not price-gouge at a vulnerable time for me.

Strictly over the phone communication. They were very concerned, helpful and friendly. I would contact them again should the need arise.

They were good. And employees there was very nice.

Have used them twice. Both times the dr and staff were supportive. Amazing bed side manners. I just had to put down my 16 yo boy and they were awesome. Would totally recommend!

I called to ask them about my puppy that is in heat and the lady was sooo nice. Reba is not a patient of there's but she still took the time to answer all my questions and to give me advice on keeping my fur baby safe durning her heat cycle.

EXTREMELY expensive. You're going to give them $400 before they even see you, plus meds or treatments. Of course, your baby is sick. At this point, you will walk over coals, your baby is worth it. They take your pet to the back without you. (- 1 star). For $400, they only stabilize your pet. You then have to pickup your pet by 7am and take to your regular vet, or be charged again. They have saved many and will likely save your pet...but they do kind of have you over the barrel ????. I can't complain really. When you need them, they are there. Mine deliberately get deathly I'll at night and on weekends.Turn on North drive right next to Hixson Auto, go down almost to the end of the road, you'll see them on the left. Ring the doorbell. If you are searching for emergency pet hospital, I hope your pet gets better really fast????.

The staff was awesome. The dr that took care of my lil bit was great.Although we lost our fur baby she did all she could to save her. I definately recommend this place for any emergency you may have.

Dr was very helpful in explaining everything about our dogs snake bite from a cottonmouth. Thank you Crossroads after-hours animal hospital

They was nice and respectful,BUT they told me something about my puppy and said he would be ok but he wasnt they really need to have REAL VETENARIANS ON THE JOB IF YOU ASK ME...

They go above and beyond I trust them with my furbabies any time there's an after hours emergency

My dog was attacked and had his eye ball pulled out. I called around and my vet who I trust recommended them as an emergency vet. So glad we went they all were great. Kelsey and Josh were amazing. They calmed my daughter down and made her feel better about the situation. The vet called and explained what they were going to do and kelsey called and went over the price of everything before doing anything.. I may be leaving with a one eyed dog but he's alive and I was surprised at the price I thought for sure it would be in the thousands and it was...A+

They are great.... attitude is great...would i tell people about them .... yes...if they had a scale 1 to 10.... 1 bad ... 10 is great.... I would say 10...... 4 o'clock you need a veterinarian ...I'm heading to them... This is a great place to write about... thank you cross roads

So happy to have a vets office open at 5 am. When it comes to my fur babies not feeling well, price is not my concern. I have visited this clinic multiple times with different animals. They have always been extremely thorough and explained medical terms in a way for me to understand. I would highly recommend them for your emergency animal needs. I dont know what we would do if they were not open.

I found them to be very caring and loving to the animals and not only them that care how we feel about our fur babies. I suggest if you need a veterinarian this is your one. Prayers for sambo

Way over priced for people who are seniors or those with tight finances, And [in our case] facing the furry family member in crisis,we don't have big money to spend. We dipped into our bill money,( because the demanded half upfront before he was treated)And before we could see him on pick up paper work and debit/credit card was demanded! I am greatful they saved our boy from a serious crisis, but not everyone has several hundred dollars laying around the house,after 5:00 pm on Friday to 7:00 am Monday,Lots of people are struggling to pay bills,and want thier fur babies to have the emergency care they need.

Staff was exceptional. Very welcoming and explained everything they were going to do. Completely satisfied with the service Nurse Kathy and Dr. Basco ( unsure of the spelling) were great.

I brought my 18 month lab mix in last Monday because we thought he got into something and wasn’t acting himself. Well after results came back turned out he caught parvo when he got out the weekend prior! They gave him fluids and meds and here we are a week and a half later my pup is healthy and back to himself! I have no idea what I would have done without them!

Been here a few times and this Place is Awesome!!!!
