The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to have our cat seen by a veterinarian the day before Thanksgiving.

Circumstances were not good but they treated my baby with care and concern. It was professional. I was informed of what was going on and I was advised Questions were answered honestly

I went in only to pick up some dewormer for my dog but I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The prices are super reasonable too. Really nice staff.

Dog had surgery on her feet and my dog came out perfectly fine. Going back again!!!!!!!!!!

Sadly we had to euthanize our little grey cat named Sugar today. She has been sick for a long time and had finally gotten to where she had not eaten for a week. She was so weak she could bearly walk to the water fountain for a drink of water. Dr. Ducote was very helpful and made a sad situation easier for us. The picture is of Sugar (gray) and her brother Tiger (orange) cat.

Absolutely wonderful people! The 2 receptions and Dr. Ducote were the most helpful I've found in Alexandria! My Mr. Bean is all healed & well now. Dr. Ducote knew exactly what was wrong!! 10 stars!

Awful vet, awful office manager. Will do procedures without discussing prices and expect you to just be able to put out several hundred dollars. Insensitive and rude.. recorded the office manager saying that our dog being euthinized or released to them for not being able to afford the procedures they did "didn't matter anyway, not like it's your dog anymore, is it?" Wanted to continue expensive treatments we couldn't afford on a dog that had less than a year to live anyway..said "don't throw in the towel yet".. but as soon as we couldn't pay they said putting the dog down was in her best interest. I would never take another animal there, they are terrible :(

Great place to bring a pet. Appreciate the well managed business and processes in place for animal care to the check out process. Look forward to many years of bringing pets for health care to the clinic.

The ladies at the front desk are always so helpful and polite. The doctors, nurses and staff are all extremely knowledgeable and have taken EXTREMELY GOOD care of all of my fur babies. I highly recommend this clinic!!

The wait time was great. The staff was great. It was an overall marvelous experience, for me. Juno is still upset, he doesn't like to go to the doctor!

Best vet we've ever dealt with. The staff is all super friendly and Dr. Ducote is outstanding. The groomer there is awesome with the dogs as well. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

We were referred to come here. My dog had a semi-emergency. We were seen almost immediately after getting a weight. Staff was all friendly & personable & Dr Jamie Ducote was also & had us in & out within 10 min. Highly recommend for your family pet!
