Very Poor Grooming! We took her a few days ago and I brushed her and she just had hair coming out in handfuls and it was all different lengths even in the same area! My poor baby came home looking AWFUL I've heard good things about the Vet part but the grooming has been the worst grooming I've ever seem we dropped my baby off at 8 am and didn't get her back until 4:45 in the afternoon it doesn't take that long to groom a 2 pound puppy.

They did an awesome job grooming my babies!!

The one place we trust to care for our dogs. All the staff there care about our dogs and go above and beyond. Dr. Castle has been incredible.

This place was great, they were super nice and the price wasn't that bad, I was expecting a higher price for what we had done, the staff there are very good at explaining what's wrong and very helpful if you have any questions. I totally recommend this vet clinic.

They fixed up my pibble after she got kicked in the face by a horse. They worked her into their schedule at a moment's notice, stitched her up good as new, and even called a week later to check on her. Wonderful vet!!

Keep dog from 9am till after 4pm. No excuse for that. If if they can't do it within a couple hours that you dropped the dog off they need to move you hours back up where you can be able to pick them up sooner I do not keep my dog in a cage all day and don't ever intend to do that that's mean and cruel nervous type far but they were doing

I will never use another vet for my dogs again. Being newer to the county and not having established with a vet yet did NOT leave me tossed to the wayside when I had an emergency. My dog had developed severe neurological symptoms near over night with no possible toxic exposure. I called Clark and they told me to come on in. I got there and was beyond please to find out I was able to go in office with my very ill, senior dog with MAJOR vet anxiety. Dr Horton listened to me and my concerns, did a FULL exam and did not try to tell me my 12yr old had 'doggy dementia' like many would have, which I knew it wasn't. I was MORE than satisfied with the care and patience they took with my boy, I could hear them calmly talking to him while they did eye exam in back, which was more bonus points. I have never been to a vet that all staff was genuinely calm and patient with my 75lb high energy and high stress ball of fury. When I decided to try and seek specialty care because nothing could diagnose my boys issues without MRI they gladly sent referral for me to Indiana and were good through the process. After a 2mo battle with a brain disease when my boy had passed they sent a card signed by all staff. They were all amazing and kind through the whole process begining to end, a hard thing to find in a vet. They have earned a life long client with my dogs and I have since recommended them to other family and friends.

The best place for pets. Caring and professional. When you first go in, you feel that you have new friends. I am very impressed and happy that my daughter sent me here.

Very pleased with the staff during our recent unplanned visit.

The vet care is great but don’t waste your time and money with the grooming. Took my malinois to get bathed, trimmed up, and a deshedding treatment first and foremost. 1. He was still wet when I picked him up at 3 and I dropped him off at 8:30 that morning. 2. And as soon as I got him home and started loving on him, the hair started flying off of him in droves! So don’t waste your money.

Fast and easy to get in. No appointment was even needed. The staff was very friendly!

I took my furbaby in for her yearly check up m, vaccines, a bath and na trim. Everything went perfectly. They seem to take great care of her and through this current pandemic they have measures in place so that you don't have to worry about being close to other patrons.

First time being here, the visit was ???? % awesome. My fur baby had been seriously hurt, they did not hesitate to help her. Truly blessed to have found them. Again bless and thank you
